ixigo - Flight Booking App

Dear ixigo team, Thanks for the fastest booking experience on your app, but I would like to bring to your notice about the convenience fee which was not mentioned at the time of booking and payment, I felt like cheated for the first time. Was not aware of the high convenience fee. I have other travel apps installed in my mobile and have an account for the same, ex: easemytrip, they were offering me the ticket with the same rate and with ZERO convenience fees. Kindly refund my fees, if possible.

I just installed the application because I needed to check flights for Canada. But after reading the recent comments , I am already convinced that this would not be a great idea to spend 1 lac or more amount on this , just to be at risk for refund in case if flight gets cancelled. Uninstalling it now!

Terrible refund policy. Have been waiting to get refund of the flight cancelled by the airline itself. No response from ixigo whatsoever. Tried contacting them multiple times, just to be left unanswered. Even sent them the airline's email as a proof of cancellation. Would give 0 stars if there was an option to do so.

Booked a flight through Ixigo, and now I need to wait for 2 hours just to know the status of my booking if it is successful or failed. Never faced such issues with any other travel Apps. All were Instant confirmations. Still waiting for confirmation so that I can uninstall ASAP.

Good but disappointed. I got a mail of no show refund from airline which was not a big amount i.e. 390 only and to contact the travel agency to claim. But the the support team helped me with cancellation of a flight which was missed 4 months ago and telling me the amount of the cancellation was too high to get any refund. The money lost is not the issue but the support resolution is disappointing.

Absolutely Non-user friendly. The refund of over ₹1 Lacs is pending and there is no way we can contact the company.. the chat option has preset selection, which doesn't give expected options.

I wanted to give Ixigo zero out of five ratings.Because its booking system works like a trap for customers....after filling customer details...there must be a option of add on's...where we can add baggage....like other app provides....and after booking customer service also looks hurry in solving the issues in their way....instead of helping their customers....Hope ixigo will be able to sustain in this competetive market

Worst experience, the platform is first of all not at all in sync with Airlines, cancellations and refunds are not at all reflected, still didn't refund the full amount I'm owed giving random reasons. Going to report on my social media.

Very worst customer care support...they don't understand what we say and they simply repeat what they have been trained...very poor service.. I didn't get my issue resolved due to their poor service..and i will inform everyone not to book anything through this app.. Thanks

While cancelling a flight ticket, it showed that I will get 792rs as refund. After the cancellation I got 179rs back. When tried to reach customer service, the only option that I get is a bot which asks repeated unrellevant questions. There is no way to reach a customer representative. That shows how poor their customer service is. EDIT: customer support reached out to me later and I received 300rs more as refund.

worst app ever seen. I was booking flight on this website they booked it on different date. If you are going to use the app please check your date and destination before paying. And if don't want to be a part od scam please don't use this app

The customer support team are robots, they need to improve. Team IXIGO wash off their hand if some odd scenario happens with transaction, flight schedule or any other reasons. Just keep going through their chats.They are here to offer booking platform and Zero cancellation insurance. For rest all help your self. Transaction declined:contact your bank and ask for a confirmation that they have not received the payment.Flight cancelled/delayed: ask your flight operator to give a refund note.Grow up

Worst experience. Pathetic app Even we book the flight one month before, the flight will keep on getting cancelled and change the timings. But no message, no mail, no intimation. Worst part is, it's still showing the original flight number and time in the app. And not able to do webchekin also. We tried to get the refund also. But no replies on that too. From my experience, I will never recommend this app to a friend to book any kind of tickets.

Very poor cancellation policy. They will left you alone to deal with airlines directly. And if you succeed in cancellation, they will again charge you for cancellation charge and convinence fee.

The app customer support system is a complete waste. It takes forever to connect to a support consultant. Had to call continuously for one than a week to get the refund corrected. Still the refunded amount is incorrect. Refund also still not processed.

I booked wrong flight, Ahmedabad to Delhi but i booked via jaipur wrongly, within 5 minuts i try to call back, but they never pickup, they give option call back but they never call back, their chat window only boat system, they not reply, only auto answer mode. Disgusting services..do not use this app..once they take money, they just go away.

When we just need to book a flight then it's ok but when we need any service related to customer support then this app doesn't app. So something where we need help, then this app is the worst. 0 rating for customer support.

Very easy to use! Love that. Minimal entries required. No confusing links and UI. Keep it up team ixigo

Transparent billing. Conveyance cost is shown upfront (which is less as compared to other portals) and is not added secretly at the end of the transaction.

It is wonderful n thanks to ixigo. I got my ticket with reasonable price insta discount of 1000 or else I would get 2000off if I had coupon.even the rate with travels company was so high. Thank you so much ixigo.

I had done my bookings in just less than 2 minutes.The payment options are way too good.I would highly recommend.Well the price of tickets compare to others is very less and convenient.

This app is worst...they will lure you with their tag line as chepest air tickets but when u r actually try to book a ticket it will only give you the highest paid tickets..... This is a time waste....i can book cheaper tickets online

Worst app for booking any ticket. No customer support, I tried to contact but no response was received even after 24hrs. This app has dumb chat bot ,TARA which rarely replies you. Also they don't have any customer support contact number. I was in deep regret by booking my ticket with it. I beg you all not to use this 🙏🙏

Worst site. There is no option to call the customer service. They have only bot where u can ask only predefined set of queries. My bookings got cancelled and there is now no support from ixigo to know the reason or to get the refund.

Very cheap kind of marketing is done by ixigo,it's showing starting price rs999 and after that when downloaded the app it's showing more than rs8000 like seriously. So again uninstall the app

Air fares are very cheaper on other sites compare to ixigo and also train tickets availability is an issue because train tickets are available on other site but in this site it's showing waiting list, which means ixigo don't have enough quota reserved for them.
