Easy to understand the several features that I've used. But at least has a full set of payment features, including scanning-in a picture of your bill, interfacing with your contacts, and a 'To Do' list.
I never had a problem with this app in the past however the last month I have had to uninstall an reinstall it several times. This because when I try and log in it tells me an error had occurred and the call for assistance. It has been a huge pain
The app functions most of the time. Sometimes password issues surface, and they can be rather frustrating. Other than that, it's simple to use, and support via Ixonia Bank's employees through phone call is available often.
Everytime android updates this app stops working right after starting it. Usually, uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the problem, but not as of today.
Was great until major network issues lately. I can have 5 bars of LTE service and it will keep saying "No network available". Still the same problem 3 months later.
This mobile banking app is very user friendly and reliable. It makes it easy to manage numerous accounts remotely. Nice work, thank you ISB.
Does not work with Galaxy 22 or 22 ultra waiting for the developer to change this program

Very good overall for a bank app. Love the remote deposit feature and quick balance.
After installing app, works for about 24 hours. On next day it will not open, even to the login page.
App not working...hasnt been for weeks for me, 3 weeks later app still does not open...need online banking so ill.probably have to switch banks...bummer
Works pretty good but has times it randomly goes down and you can't sign in.

Worked great years for me and now for the last month since the last update the app will not open and stalls on a white startup screen. Exceedingly challenging when I don't have quick access to the desktop(online) nor am I local user so swinging by the branch isn't an option.
