the only real problem that I ever have with thus app is since I downloaded the last update, if I put anything in it I have got to log out and log back in to see any changes that I have made. especially if it's on a bid for a load. other than that it works great.
I can't download the new version. Bugging..... for 2 days. I deleted the application, and I tried to reinstall it, but cannot anymore.....
This company has the worst customer service, I called to get another pickup number because the shipping office refused the old one so I called, then as usual the answering machine put me on hold for the next representative,, , I was on hold for an hour and a half and after that they hung up on me , I emailed them and as you know it's the slowest way to get an answer for such an emergency. That's why I love working with UBER because they are so fast in responding and helping their carriers.
JB hunt was good up until recent, it seem the prices on the load as been paying less and less, before it was decent but for the past few months, basically gas money, been using this app for a while and I have never seen the prices this low
App is easy to use but the rates are too low. Drivers, stop taking cheap freight!
App is frequently breaking. Can be very frustrating when trying to download BOLs. I recommend taking a picture of your bill then uploading that way, but even then they don't always go through even when it says it does. After the latest update, I'm can gladly say I've had two great experiences using the app. Thank you for your hard work!
Great app! Easy to navigate and find/book loads. Few issues, Some of the brockers play too much by countering less $ than they had offered to begin with. We need a way to make daily updates or report problems. Some times the app is disabled even when I am not moving, I want to turn this motion detector off completely. Would be nice to see deadhead miles, also when I click on a load details and I go back to my results it takes me back to the top of my results instead of the spot where is was. 4/5
It's a great app. to use. I bid on alot of loads on here. I wish two things would change though. If you're rolling down the highway, but you're not the one driving then you can't use the app. If you tab the screen to use a calculator or maps and go back in the n you have to start over. Great app. overall though.
Terrible app performance. It crashes all the time! So frustrating! I've had to deleted and downloaded again several times per day when we're on a load....even worst when looking to bid on one, sometimes is just better to look somewhere else. Please, this is not new.... it's time to fix it! Put your engineers to work!
Sad... that a huge company like JBH can't get it right. 1. You do a load search, it resets every time after you submit an offer and you have to do a new search again. 2. Every so many loads, after booking, the load doesn't show until you log off and back on. 3. After you check in or out... the top bar pops up still asking you to check in or if you're loaded. 4. Quick pay - doesn't matter if you do everything on the app or not. You're still getting the quick pay fee charged. 🤨😳😡🤯
very very easy. found a load close by at the last minute; after another 1 of my loads just cancelled. The app is so easy for check calls too.
App freezes A LOT, and has to be force closed, I dislike how when you look at the details on a load, you go back down to the bottom of the load list, instead of staying where you were in the list. You can hit the button to book the load, then decide to get ready to go back and check something out again before booking, and before hitting accept, the load books it on it's own. There are a few other minor details, but the freezing is the worst part, then the list issue. Updated, and still issues
Bad. I've been using it for several months. I have to tap tens of times to update my status. It doesn't remember what type ex. Van or flatbed. I drive van so it never remembers next time I search it would be van. It doesn't have any smart features in regards to when you type a city to give you suggestions for the one closest to you rather gives you suggestions from 5000 miles away. Very slow running on a note 9.
Nice and easy, too bad loads are too cheap and take too long to answer on the bidding

Downloaded the app and it doesn't work properly. it always kick me out.
Forgets password, every time I go to log in I have to get a new password by calling JB. The "forgot password" feature does not work. Please fix. UPDATE: Customer service has helped me and the app is working. Now if we can get clients to not try to keep us waiting 30 hours for a load.
the best I like about this app I can see the pick up and delivery times without having to call and ask so when I'm going to any city I can start looking for my next load and get a clear understanding If I can make the pick up time
App is ok, brokers are the worst. Made us drive 100 miles to pickup, only to be told someone else already had picked the load up. Waited until the morning, no TONU, no answers from the broker anymore. Avoid at all costs.
the app is horrible because it is extremely slow and we can not copy and paste the information. this app actually slows down our whole company.
They need to add a "Notes" section for carriers/drivers to update information.
app needs more work on. it doesn't address some of the driver's problems. and you can't imput anything.
Useful, but prone to misinformation regarding trailers. Not necessarily the app's fault, just need better communication.
After the apps open it freezes my phone. I can't turn the volume up or down I cannot go into any other apps cannot scroll up or down left or right it completely freezes the phone and I have to wait for the phone to reset uh reset itself in order to get out of the app and that takes and that takes about close to 3 or 4 minutes. I've been using this app for the past year and lately in the past 2 months it's just a lot of difficulties. Better to use the browser online.
