The developer claims to have fixed a problem where the app shows itself over other apps. This was never a problem with me until the most recent update. So it should say that the developer caused this, not fixed it. Thankfully, I don't use the app much, so I can turn it off after seeing my assignments for the day.
the app look and feel is outdated compared to Material Design requirements. the app is very sensitive to movement and can't be used unless you don't move. messages never appear. you can't always delete messages in inbox and it's not sync'd with peoplenet. did get message on peoplenet stating there was a new update for the app but in Google Play Store, still from January. i recommend only using this app as a last ditch effort and if you enjoy using a buggy app. just use your OBC
Sorry but i still use old app 95% of time. New app does nit have recomended loads. it also will not display additional info on loads such as po#'s and such which often is needed at shipper and is not shown on obc. The additional info saves messaging or calling for info and then waiting. Also the "find loads" feature on sign in page is loads off 360, broker loads which we are forbidden to run so absolutley totally worthless function for company, lease purchase, and traditional IC.
This app doesn't keep my loads accurrate and always displays loads that aren't even on my preplan..they don't fall off as my dispatching changes. I do a lot of uninstalling and downloading app to refresh...only way it seems i can get accurate data.
At first my notifications wasnt showing up in my notifications bar. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Now it takes forever to load. When I logged in I had to hit the log in button about 3 times. Tried to send yall an email but it wouldnt let me.
Don't like it forcing itself, especially when on home time, also would like to see a locator option, would really help intermodal to locate mt's at the rail, and what are the safety points for? Special rewards program?
the app would be ok, but you can't use it like it's designed to be used. you can't check call when you're loaded because it only lists a handful of states and if you put the wrong state in it screws everything up
Never get notification even though I have set app permissions. Closes out my other apps. Sent several messages never get feed back from support group. This is one of the worse apps I ever installed.
I'm ready to send this app to the ash heap. It causes me more frustration and aggravation than helpfulness. Tried for 30 minutes to submit maintenance items for B service and after typing request the submit button would not work. Finally went home and submitted the request on my laptop. Worked.
what's the purpose of having it if your dispatcher doesn't put your load on it until after you get your paperwork? before they would send it to ya 6 to 7 hrs before your pickup time so you had time to plan your route.know the app is worthless.im on a dedicated route so it always helped.
The more the app gets upgraded /updated, the more problems arise. I like the app because it is easy to use and is very handy when it is functioning properly.
Havent been able to log in for about 3 weeks now,,,,, and i usually use the app to send my calls when the peoples net dont show my loads..... Please fix....
just keeps saying have to update from play store. which is not even in the play store. go to my download section and nothing happens. like the old version didn't have to jump through so many hoops.
It would be better if the load board was functioning properly. Half or less the time it opens up correctly. Ugh....
app start popping up while im not using it and constantly having to exit out of it. plzz fix this issue. constantly popping up when im not at work.
Keeps popping up while I'm running gps. Blocking me from seeing my next turn. 😡 The main screen with jb hunt on it and a square that says return to app. Once pressed it flashes and wont let me use any GPS
Similar to previous reviews. It pops up over my GPS and have to constantly close it to get back to GPS. Seems like a safety issue for JB Hunt drivers.----since the 12/10 update the app is still hijacking my phone
No longer getting notifications. The colors and measurements are backward for time used/time left... They are red when you have mac time left, green when little time left.
I downloaded the update to be have access the app, and I can't use it. i even did it twice just make sure I didn't miss anything.
Have a Kyocera. Not all msg from corporate depts. Ie...safety, fuel, etc. Come to app. They are seen on in cab devices. Would like to see all msg in both places.
after the update. jb started to pop up all the time. and i had to start going to setting to force stop the app.
when I open up another app the drive app screen pops up first. have to close app out completely to stop this. annoying
App is becoming more of a problem with each update.App seems to lock up a lot more and give me error message when trying to see details of loads. At one time I would get notices on my phone when new messages come in and now thats gone with the updates. I am getting my messages split. Half come to app and half come to OBC unit. I thought i should be able to use one or the other not both to get the complete picture.
