Have been trying to register through the app my water connections since 3 weeks - start of lock down - it is not registering. Even from the website it is sharing my consumer identity despite putting in my installation number under correct sub division as on my previous Bill's since 1970.
I have already paid bills in the office of phe city11 in time each year but app depicts outstanding. I am having two connection s but only one connection is visible on app. This app is neither consumer friendly nor it is competent to deliver.it needs better programming.
Im not able to register , every time I try to register, this app shows me, this error : "Connection problem. Please try again later" Even though i have faster internet connection. This app is very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
The worst app that i have used till now! I can't even login to my account through the app while as i am easily able to do so using the website. It just diaplays invalid credentials and even if i do "forgot pasaword" it shows mobile number not registered!
at registration, i always get the error "Connection problem. please try again later". The error was due to incorrect consumer number but wrong error message was displayed. Also, name field has limited character length due to which name is truncated. kindly test the app properly and put proper validation messages before pushing to play store.
For many days app is showing server down try again later and i not able to log in so i can make payment . App needs to add features like pervious payments statements and more detailed comsumer profile.
After analysing all reviews of customers, i got very upset to download this app, with all these circumstances, i make my mind to download it, after downloading this app i register my connection on it, i was in shock it was all simple and just clicking away to register and get all information about my connection.... Thanks for this app...My review is different from all review but its based on my experience about using this app.... One thingto say,app needs more to develop to high-end interface
I didn't get the OTP after filling all the particulars even thrice. I tried to reinstall the app as well. Really disappointing!
Necessary updation done. However it needs further improvement. The application does not show previous bills and payments made by the customer. Hope you will look into the matter and update accordingly.
There is no option to edit profile details like phone no, email id etc, nor any option to add multiple consumer numbers.Need a lot of improvement.
It is not a useful app. I tried may times to register my account but it always shows 'invalid account number' for the consumer Id entered. Disgusting!
I applied for new water connection through this app. I paid the application fees of rs 200 to PHE department through this app and now my login is not working. It's been 2 month s now no response on my water connection.....solve this issue
Even after providing correct consumer Id It shows "Connection problem. Try again later" fix this issue. I'm pretty sure, my connection is fine.
Useless app... Not able to login despite registering on the app, no functional customer service, poorly updated interface,..... Just like the department itself 😠😠😠😡😡

Tried to sign up several times but unfortunately i couldn't, a message was flashing on screen mentioning connectivity problem which is totally wrong.So one star from my side

I am sure that it is PHE app because it always leaks like PHE pipes.just wastage of time.Always show coonection with even latest version of the app.I advise not to download it...just go to PHE office and remit bills...
After fulfilling all the mandatory particulars it shows connection problem. Hence this is useless app as it does not register your account.

Covers only city areas rest of the districts not showing. Update this app and enable search district and townwise
Server problems more often but now managed to pay bill online.

Useless app as the co sumers have not been made aware about the subdivision codes and consumer Ids. Till date we know our installation numbers only. So a big zero to this useless app.

Don't call this an App. It is most useless thing I have ever seen in my IT career. I am forced to rate it by One Star because you can't otherwise post review.
Try to new features like download soft copy of bill that is no available in your application for that i have to visit your website with different users I'd and password
