This is not working because of the new update i guess. From opening the app, at the start up, there flashes the red jnt logo then after a while, the app will suddenly shut down and result in black screen.
Facebook log in feature is not working so I used my email instead, I can't proceed to book a parcel because the 'preview' button after making a signature at terms and conditions is also not working. I've been trying multiple times but this app is useless.
Cannot log in even thru gmail and fb. The app is always crashing upon opening. Very hassle as we are not allowed to place an order nor drop a package without using the app first.
App is not working. I can get to j&t red screen prompt but it wont continue to landing or homepage page. You might wanted to check on this issue. Because of this, I cant do any transaction.
It does not let me sign in! Multiple attempts made byt no successful sign in. It keeps on coming back to homepage or exiting the app by itself. Thought the bugs were fixed?
Your app is slow and unresponsive. I doesn't show the ones the I booked from your website. Does not sync android app. Will replace J&T for my shipments.
Not working... been updating, uninstalling, re-installing it many times already. No luck. Tried restarting my phone but same happened... please fix. Thanks.
The new update won't let me make an order, the moment I click "next" for step 3, it just closes. I reinstalled it twice, still the same.
I prefer to rate your service instead of the app itself. Not just once, but twice na hindi nakakarating ang parcel namin. Indicated na kami ang unreachable or buyer is not around. Hindi namin macontact rider nyo and you don't have proper channels. In the first place, libre magtanong sa area.
It's's good to use, there is no hustle, when you've already made or filled up a barcode, you need to show it to the admin, it's easier to use. Thanks to this app because you can fill up wherever you are.
Put the weight of my package as 0.8 and the fee on the app was 75php, when I dropped it at JNT it's weight was 0.5 but my fee was 90php. How come? it's always like this. No pick up option is available too
it works great for me, it gives me the update i need i just hope they work on it better so i would actually know more specific details about the whereabouts of my parcel but so far it works great

I used to enjoy this app. But why the pick-up buttom disappeared in the option & I can't enjoy D2D Service anymore.

App is easy to navigate but it terms of shipment— was getting slower.

when I go to their office they say pickup is available but in their up theres no pickup no matter how much I update my app.
the app is really convinient, but i hope they will add an option where we can pay for the shipping fee via gcash especially if limited lang ang money on-hand ng nagpapaship. just like the other courier service (ggx), they have an option where the booker can pay the fee via gcash. but overall, i like this app.
I have really bad difficulties trying to start the application up. It would show the J&T Express red screen for a bit but then I get a black screen. It rarely works but when it does it's great to use. However like I said it rarely works and gets past the J&T Express screen.
