Unable to log in. The application indicated that the wrong password used, but I used the right one.
J&T are useless so is this app. If I ever get a choice of couriers its KERRY every time, fast, efficient and on time. J&T give me a delivery date and usually are at least 1 day late and then tell me that I have changed the delivery time, I have NEVER changed a delivery time!
ห่วยแตก bad services I ever seen.
Just want to look for drop off branch for shopee,need to load app, took an hour, still cannot get it. Worst shipping app ever.
This app is useless. And slowest to delivery parcell to you.
The old app was a lot better, this look copy from flash express and not remember fore what you have look

แอปห่วยแตก สาขาปลายมางเปลี่ยนทั่อยู่ไปแล้วตัวแอปก็ไม่เปลี่ยน ของไม่ส่งเป็นอะไรก็ไม่มีการติดต่อบอกลูกค้า call center ก็โทรไม่ติด อย่าไปใช้เลยครับ ส่งของบ.อื่นดีกว่า
แอพสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับเครื่องปริ้น bluetooth เพื่อจะพิมพ์ที่อยูจัดส่งได้อย่างเดียว อยากให้สามารถ save เป็นไฟล์ออกมาปริ้นเองได้ เนื่องจากเครื่องปริ้นที่ใช้อยู่มีปัญหาเรื่อง bluetooth ค่ะ

จัดส่งช้า พนักงานวางหูใส่ call center ติดต่อยากมาก รอสายเป็น 10 นาทีก็ไม่ได้คุย โทรไปศูนย์กระจายสินค้าตอน 8 โมงไม่มีคนรับสาย บอกเปิด 8 โมงเช้า แต่ถ้าโทรไปตามเวลาที่แจ้งก็ไม่มีคนรับสายอยู่ดี ขึ้นเบอร์ของคนส่งของแต่ปิดเครื่องโทรไม่ติด
เป็นบ.ขนส่งที่ห่วยที่สุดในโลก พนักงานมารยาททราม call center ติดต่อไม่ได้ แอพยังห่วยอีก หาข้อดีไม่ได้เลยจริงๆ
อย่าใช้บริการ ส่งช้า ส่งมั่ว ไม่พอมีใครไม่รู้เซ็นรับเองอีกต่างหาก ต้องตามเรื่อง โทรเข้าcall centerกว่าจะติด รอประมาณ30นาที
This company is nightmare for online sellers. Always have parcel stuck in warehouse and never deliver. When claim for lost item, they will just ignores you.
