Ever since the latest update the size chart of a lot of things doesn't show up. Also the details about the models size are missing, if they were given then at least we could guesstimate. Also bring back the option of choosing discounted or non discounted products please. I like the option of being able to choose from a specific discount range, but I'd like the previous option too.

If we are speaking of website and application, yes, full marks. Easy to use, filters are bang on, appearance and categorization has been done really well. Well, it's not the same about their service though. I have received wrong products frequently. Wrong colour, wrong size or entirely different product. It has to be sorted out.

Probably the best designed online shop app!! The overall flow is very intuitive and easy to understand. It's very clear that the money was spent cleverly on the experience unlike Amazon and Flipkart which have much higher sales but still lacks a well made app. Also, the service itself is excellent. Very good quality products for an affordable price. I only had an issue with the ordering once and I'll be getting a refund soon. If I'm not, I'll be updating this post.

Enormous product assortment with good categorisation and filter options to make searching for the desired product easier. However, I'd like more filter options. For one thing, currently the colour options are very broad. If I filter men's t-shirt by black colour, it will dump on me all 5000+ options where the colour black is present, scrolling through all of which is impossible. If there is a sub filter for colours which will give me the option to choose whether I want solid black, or other colors on black background, it will help in narrowing down the search.

The prices and selection is the best I have found online. Delivery takes a little too long would be my only serious complaint. Check if the products you buy are returnable, I forgot to check with my first order and ended with with a pair of tights that I wasnt very satisfied with, and the product was non returnable. Tough luck, yet great exprience so far, would definitely recommend this app.

No issues with the shopping or products - however i am facing issues with this app. The filters pop somewhere in the middle of the search & everything after that goes blank - can't see any images beyond the filters. Needs to be corrected coz it spoils the whole shopping experience if you can't view the images of the product you wish to purchase.

The app is always buggy. I just ordered a new era hat, and when I went to exchange, on selecting the desired size some other size which is not available gets selected and then it tells me unable to pickup but when I do that to some other vague sizes it gives me the pickup option. It was similar when I had ordered Adidas slides last week. The app is way too buggy. It used to be good before but now it's not. When I tried to make a payment through phonepe money was deducted but order was not placed. Later got a text for the refund. But why this way?

The app is extremely buggy and irritating. A notification about a discounted product based on my past browses, when clicked on, invariably takes me to its home page. they don't have a review option as well. courier service is hopeless and the customer has mostly to deal with very rude delivery executives. The help section itself is in urgent need of some help.

The earlier version of app was use friendly. In the new format it's become impossible to just simply look at the entire collection for e.g. tops.... Please revert to earlier layout and filters... Don't force customers to choose only from the few categories that you show on the forefront. This difficulty in navigation will surely discourage loyal customers to stay away from the app.

Been shopping here for more than 4 years and there were no issues at returning any product (except for innerwears). But now things have changed-becareful with what is been shopped. App shows products are returnable but once you buy it's non returnable! I have got 2 products(jeans) very bad fit and non-returnable. Such a waste of money!!! Stop shopping here fellas!! Cheaters round the corner.

The app is much better than before but there seems to be still some issue with the search engine. Example: if you search for clothes with long sleeves only, you still see short sleeves and most of the time three quarter sleeves. Please make the necessary corrections.

Personally I don't like the app's filter feature. It could be because I prefer the interface of Myntra. Also, I don't like how I have to go through my account details to access my order history. It should be accessable quickly, from the left hand menu tab. I've found some good deals here, so I still use the app even if I have to put in efforts.

The tabs are not working and not clickable. The only way is to user search box but even that doesn't display all the results. And if you apply filters or sort, then the app gives error. I have tried uninstalling and installing the app again but nothing seems to work.

The app is not bad. Wish it had more extensive filters in clothing. Also, in a lot of cases fit info is incomplete or not detailed enough. Model stats in a lot of cases has only height. How can anyone judge the fit from only height? Password change option is totally missing from the app!

worst shopping experience!! the offers looks cool but when you add it to the cart, the price gets higher by adding gst and handling charges and also they are not delivering the product of same size which you order, when first time I got different size of the product not the one which I ordered, I returned and placed order again, they delivered wrong size of the product again and there is no exchange option also second time. Very much disappointed!

Refer and earn is just a strategy to promote their app. It's not working, after entering referral code, you have to enter the mobile number where you get the otp. So, after entering OTP points will be added. But they never send the otp, after many attempts of resend otp also you won't get it. Finally, you have to skip that process. Worst app ever

Your way of advertising is too aggressive. It pops up every now and then. At first I like your products but because of the excessive ads I'm starting to loathe the products I bought too. So I deleted the App and still the ads are appearing every ten minutes; It breaks and disturbs my activities. Please do something,I even blocked all ads from this app but to no avail.

0 Star only for the pathetic, unbearably annoying user experience. Refreshes unwarranted, throwing you off from the filtered categories to home page on its own. Talking of filters, why are they even there when it doesn't apply to the results. Either, the results completely / partially disregard the filters chosen or the filter page will show you a certain number of expected items (say, 416), and the result will give you something entirely different (say, 8 items). Horrendous!

amazing. highly satisfied. delivers what they promise(quality-wise) although, the price tends to change a little by the time we get the delivery i got some clothes without any handling charges at the time of checkout, but while recieving the order it was included. anyway, i overlooked it seeing the efficiency and quality of the product. VERY HAPPY.

Jabong is a very sentiment for me not just an app.It was the first online shopping app. But after being over taken by myntra it has been left in the ruin. Absolutely no collection or updates. Just blatantly pushing myntra to it's customers. It was a classier selection always. From juice to the decor. It's a shame that such an app in on the rundown and almost abolished. A difference of options in the market is very necessary. But sadly Monopoly in the market has overtaken badly.

I am not able to cancel my order. Whenever I click 'CONFIRM CANCELLATION',it shows 'Something went wrong try again later.' I tried after few minutes,but the result is the same. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the app and doing the same did not make any difference.

It has a wide range of products which looks very good. But u guys provide wrong size details in some product's size chart section. Moreover I placed a return order but the no one arrived yet to pick it up. And text me saying that attempt to pick item up is failed.and for another item which I returned, I didn't get the refund yet. It's almost been a month. Kindly help me out.

I ordered some cosmetics beauty products, I ended up receiving expired ones. Very disappointing. Plus the products haven't been recently expired, been expired for quite a while. it was too hard reaching out to dem at first but then the customer care came up with the return refund idea, I am asked to keep the products in an unused, undamaged condition with all the bla bla bla intact. Idk if they are planning to sell those to some other person. *keeping y'all informed just in case*

The app is good, returns and exchanges are done efficiently but delivery takes a long time for all products. I recieved an outfit which reads as medium size but the top in reality is xxs and the pallazo is actual medium size. I have asked for an extra large now but I'm not sure how big the pallazo will be. Everything I have bought on this app had to be exchanged till now due to size issues.

1. Refund policy is unclear and varies. 2. GST is always charged extra on discounted items wherein, it should be inclusive like non discounted items. So, sale is always an eye wash. Learn from Amazon. 3. Product many a times seemed like duplicate, not 100% though. 4. Unlike Amazon, delivery times are too long.

the filters on the app are pathetic. so difficult to search for anything. scrolling again and again takes too much time and effort. and usually the app will close suddenly in the middle of the tiresome search. pathetic. i order from them only when i have no other option.
