These earbuds work for me ! Maybe they are even great, but I don't have the experience with other makes of earbuds to make that declaration with any certainty. The "active noise cancellation" (ANC) do reduce background noise such that lower volumes are possible and I appreciate and use this option alot; the "hear through" seem, to me, to amplify background noise and therefore I find no use for this option.

Beware.... The app itself isn't too bad although there is no noticeable difference between the active noise cancellation and the regular setting. I was using some of their higher end earbuds and what they don't tell you is that the left one does not work independently of the right. This is a problem especially if the right one gets damaged. I contacted customer care about this issue and received a generic response with a link to their online store in case I wanted to buy a new pair.

App is stuck at "Checking for connection" despite the headset (elite 75t) being paired and connected. As a result, I cannot access Settings to change the voice prompts from Chinese to English. The above was my review before I realized that the 75t were very sophisticated counterfeits. The app works well with elite 7 pro. Only giving it 4 instead of 5 because it should immediately detect and alrert about the counterfeits instead of spinning forever.

This is what a software/hardware relationship should look like. It's quick and easy to detect, connect, and configure supported buds. My biggest request would be to have the custom EQ setting be saved once set. Right now, every time I take my buds out of the case and connect them to my phone, the first thing I have to do is go in and reselect my custom EQ.

The app is really well made and easy to use. A very useful feature that could be added to the app would be to add an option to automatically enable HearThrough mode when one of the earbuds is removed from the user's ear and automatically re-enabling active noise cancellation when both earbuds are reinserted. Having this feature in combination with the already-present auto-pause audio feature would be perfect.

The basic functionality is solid, but there are some baffling decisions about settings and customization. For example, switching from voice alerts to tone alerts completely changes the buttons available to customize, and 'Press and Hold' can *only* be set to the phone's voice assistant, so why does it even list it as a customizable function? Luckily the app works reasonably well with default settings, but I would like to *actually* be able to customize inputs, as advertised.

It feels as though I need to reconnect my wireless headphones every single time I take them out of their case. It's frustrating because I wish they would just connect automatically. At least my settings stay the same which is why I'm not giving it one star. However the app is necessary if you want to program the buttons and different features

Worked great for a few months, then a call came in while listening to music and it seemed to just... Never work right after that. Left earbud goes in and out and the app won't even recognize that my earbuds are paired with my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but it just gets to the "Go to Bluetooth" screen and stops.

Only reason why for the time being is that after at least 20 minutes it disconnects from the phone, and unable to reconnect, unless I put ear places back into charger. One shouldn't need to see adds if one has purchased the device. Kind of backwards if you ask me. Still learning the app. And can't figure out how to keep ear pieces on once connected.

Everything is great with my Jabra Elite 3 earbuds except that they don't perfectly fit my ears, sounds very good. I highly recommend them !!! Update 04/18/22- less than 3 months of use, the left earbud stopped working and help team could not solve problem so I had to apply for replaceament under warranty. Feel very inconvenient since I've got no earbuds for workouts aside from the fact that the replacement process is very slow. Now I changed my rating to " I just recommend them".

I've purchased 2 pairs of Jabra Elite 65t earbuds & both have experienced the same issue; a firmware update is installed and then the left earbuds no longer play music nor show up in the app. They're still paired with the right earbuds since when I remove the left earbud, the music is paused but no music plays on it. On the 1st pair I assumed that it was damaged or defective but it also happened to the second pair. I prefer my tech to function as easily as possible,I don't have time to waste.

It's disappointing the earbuds didn't come with a quick setup guide and referred me to this app instead. The app is useless if not connected to earbuds, yet the app never recognizes my Elite 3's although I am connected and listening to the music. I'd like to change the EQ settings but have to go through a whole process of unpairing to pair again and reconnecting my earbuds and even now it's checking to see if my earbuds are connected. I am listening to music with them again. So frustrating.

These things rock. Period. Not only do they hit harder than any other wireless buds I've ever used, they have a very interactive app that gives options that many others don't. From the Active Noise cancelation to the awesome shaping options, these things have it all. I would buy them again, but I dont need to cause of how resilient and hardy they are ! Get em, they're worth every penny.

Attempted to go through the sound optimizer. It won't let me because I need to wear both earbuds -- in fact, I am wearing both, but it doesn't care and keeps exiting out of the app. Why headphones need a special app to sound good is beyond me. What if I want to sync my headphones to my computer as well? Very poorly thought out.

Not necessarily the apps fault but constant issues with my headset not connecting properly. One ear will connect the other stays silent. Listening to music or a book and receive a call and it answers to the phone not the headset. I've had years with mostly flawless transitions with previous headsets. (Sport 65t active 75t active) I'm most unhappy with the 7 Active. I will be considering a different brand if these issues are not handled soon.

Awesome when working. My one and only issue and it's a big one is the audio on the left ear bud is way louder than the right. The funny thing is sometimes the sound is balanced and the sound is superb but more often than not it's unbalanced. Fix this and and it's easily a 5 star app.

First let me start with some wonderful feedback. I have owned 3 pairs of 65t one of the 75t. The 65t and 75t both sounded excellent and fit wonderfully. I am prone to losing them so that is why the number of pairs. When I have had problems, Jabra has been excellent with their warranty In terms of the 85t, I have really struggled. They are bigger and protrude further from your ear. The ear adaptors for the 85t just don't work. They just don't fit. The sound is therefor very poor and they fall out so often that I dare not take then out of the house. Wind noise is extreme. Finding the right ear adaptors has been all but impossible. I have tried after market adaptors but they do not work. Be very careful about fit. If the soft ear adapters do not fit (S, M, L) don't bother buying them. Unless Jabra has a secret trick up their sleeves to ensure a snug fit, I can't recommend them.

I've had the Jabra Elite 85t for about 5 months now. Sound quality is clean and being able to do a hearing check to customize it to your level of hearing makes these a great buy, worth every cent. I have moderate hearing loss and tinnitus but now I use the hear-through feature to amplify the world around me. It makes it so much easier to understand others when they talk to you. The ANC function is very effective at cancelling out extraneous noise when you're suffering a migraine. Two thumbs up!

Crashes every time I try to activate Smartsound on Pixel 4. It's a shame because the app is necessary for this feature. On Elite 85h headphones. I also have the Elite 85T which don't have SmartSound, and the app is fine for those. With both headsets, I sometimes need to reboot my phone to get sound but that's more of a hardware issue, probably not due to this app.

Very intuitive interface and easy to use. UPDATE: This app continues to do its job and stay out of the way. My updated review is more for the device itself (Elite Active 75 t) which does not charge my earbuds after placing them in the case. They continue discharging and I have to take them out and place them in again. It's very frustrating. This happens every time, when when the case is at 100%.

Update: since mid 2021 there were no real updates to the app, you shouldn't invest in a company that is not innovating. Original feedback 05.2021: The app was awful at first but got much better. I think you took my recommendation and enabled the future of personalized buttons. I do have a problem with my earbuds, the right one is getting really quite at times.

Love the customisation of this app. Most earbuds have little to none. That being said, once you personalize the earbuds to your ear tube sensitivities, your don't have to manipulate the eq be as much, but with some songs you may want to, and it's nice that you have that option. Thanks!

My elite 7 pro are not connecting in app. I have tried multiple procedures listed here in reviews, on your support site and also on the web. Headphones are connected to phone and working. However app doesnt recognize them. I restarted phone, closed app, unpaired etc. I can always get them working if i reset headphones in the case and unpair them but it (obviously) clears settings. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE that 200€ headphones are unusable without the app. I am not resetting them to change one setting
