rubbish, lots of features that made headphones attractive are no longer supported by the lack of updates on the app
Reluctant one star. The Sound app does NOT work on my new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I am so disappointed considering how expensive the headphones are. It is not acceptable that products that are advertised to work on "ANY" device and simply do not. How is this allowed to happen. If there is a "fix" or an explanation please inform us of any progress made in resolving this issue. Please do not ignore. Thank you.
The mere fact that my very expensive headphones won't connect over bluetooth without this crapplication is reason enough for one star. Add to that the fact that it can't even handle the task of establishing and maintaining a connection AND most insultingly, that it is barrierware, I need a (#&% code just to use my headphones. This nothing more intrusive, pointless junk that renders my headphones useless.
Got these headphones as they supposed to work with above phone. But when you start up it says it's stopped working. Absolutely useless. The sound is too tinny no Base without the app. For the price of the headphones you'd expect something.. 0 stars.
i bought it since it has "ANDROID" friendly logo, and its a no return policy. so when i bought my jabra its terms ar mosly for "APPLE", why put a logo when its not even compatible. Money "WASTED" for rubbish accesory, i trusted its name but yet junk item. cant even control from buttons still needs to tap my mobile just to keep it playing, NEVER! to Jabra anymore
Just bought the Jabra Rox Wireless and installed this app on my S7. Re-installed etc, just keeps stopping. As for the earbuds, they don't fit well and keep falling out. Returning them to the store. For $179 AUD poor design and poor service regarding this app.
Guys I am using the S7 edge and it works blissfully on it . Its better than the on phone music app cause you could make your playlist and edit the order .Sound quality is good .. to the developer suggest to make a small upgrade in the app which will help users to change songs on screen locked or open it shows the name of the app and song below.. rather than go onto the app and do it .. I understand the Bluetooth can do the feature with the buttons but it's an added advantage In many situations.
Hardware is decent but their software crashes a lot. The worst think is that the play/next buttons DO NOT WORK with their own app. They work on any other player. The speaker is Made in China.... So it is supposed to be crap.
Open letter to Jabra Devs. Over a year and no fix is unforgiveable. Please state your intent in a reply otherwise we can all assume you are incompetent, cowardly and that no fix is ever coming. PS, I'd start looking into lawyers if you're stating this Dolby functionality on the box. Amazingly poor service.
The Dolby sound is great but the app is really bad. Why isn't the Dolby sound combinable with the built-in music app on the phone which has a great interface. the inability to play spotify music is a let down. It also keeps crashing, but The worst part is that the whole control system on the Revo Wireless DOESN'T EVEN WORK with this! Seriously! Your OWN software isn't Compatible with your OWN headsets, that is a huge bummer. This last part brings is down to 1 star. This whole App is an embarrassment. Damn! Oh and it doesn't work with 6.0, at all
App shuts down randomly and since upgrading to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow on Galaxy s6 edge will not run at all. Have tried reinstall but still will not run!! Expected more for software linked to quality headphones which is a shame as when it did work it had a very good equaliser and sound.
Got these expensive headphones with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge as a free extra from O2 with my phone, but this app just doesn't work, it crashes every time. What's the point of giving them away with a phone when the app that makes them sound good just doesn't work!
I used to love this app since it looks like a match for my jabra rox wireless. However after I update my g3 into marshmallow, it always stop when I open it. Please help ASAP. I'll change it into 5 stars once it got fixed
If I could give it Zero, I would. Doesn't even launch on my Xperia Z5 Premium
Headphones came free on promotion with new S7 edge but Jabra app won't start. Crashes every time.
The app keeps crashing I have removed restarted phone re-installed with the same issue. I can install the app on a Samsung Tab A and it works fine the problem is the headset is not compatible with the Samsung Tab A
The app would not open. I uninstalled it and installed but sadly fails to open on my Galaxy S7
Does not identify songs or download artwork, no settings, no help menu. Useless, lazy design, lacking any standard features to manage songs or provide data, worse than poor totally uninspired
I bought myself some Jabra headphones for about 90 pounds. they are really quiet on my android. I downloaded the app and it doesn't work. What a waste of money. The worst headphones I ever had.
Thus is the best music player app with Dolby support but this version is not even opening on my Huawei Honor 6x. Please fix this issue.
I have no idea if the app is any good as it won't even open on my s7 edge.looking at other reviews this has been an issue for quite some time.the developers should be ashamed of themselves for not getting this sorted.utter garbage.
Why does this app suddenly not work anymore. These earphones weren't cheap but the after sale service seems to be!
