The service fees add up. Some instances u can pay 2x the price 4 the tickets that u r buying. There r fees 4 adding $. And than again fees 4 buying tickets. So it does get pricey. They say "well atleast we don't take anything if u win". Yeah bc the chances of that happening are HUGE! I'd rather see them take 2% of all winnings and get rid of all transaction fees. Would be cool if they had a way to cash in scratch offs too. Use that to purchase lotto, etc. Need pools in NY!!! Just my thoughts.

Liked the app until I tried to put more than $50 into it. When I went to load $100 to my account the app was charging me over $9 to do this! During the pandemic this app was great but now, because of the cost I will just go back to stopping somewhere and buying my tickets! Also, the app sends you email that says "Did you win"? However, it tells you in the app that if your ticket(s) win they notify you so their email is just attempting to keep you going to the app to check, and maybe buy more.

Won't allow me to connect via PayPal nor credit card to fund. I use PayPal all the time so I know it is set up correctly. The error message I receive with credit card seems to indicate the app can't tell that it is a credit card becauseit says only Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit/debit cards are valid. It is a Visa I am usig.(I even used the scan feature). Sent a detailed message to tech support.

CAN'T FUND ACCOUNT ON THE ACTUAL APP. WHATS THE POINT?!?! Why does the JP app not accept ANY of my bank cards, but seems to force me to submit my banking info. And I still can't fund the account?! That's absurd! What's the point of your app?? You have legitimate financial investors, but cant correct this issue. That doesn't make any sense and gives your service the appearance of illegitimacy. This is in reference to the Texas Lotto.

App has been working fine until today. Every time I attempt to open app, it stops working. A message pops up that says the app is crashing.

For anybody that's using this app don't download it from the Play Store download it from their website so you can get the full version of it. They need to add one crucial thing and that is multi draw.

I just downloaded the app-today. Wanted the convience of not going to the store and play my daily numbers. Scrolled down to and tapped on NUMBERS DAY got a message "Game will resume by Tuesday. Thank you for your patience and stay tuned" Thank God I didnt do this 15min before the 230pm numbers played!!! I'll probably download again when all the glitches are fixed. Until then, See ya!!!!

Not use for me. Doesn't allow purchase of tickets. Just gor viewing ticket numbers. No good. I don't pay tickets in store. I hate the lines. Thought this would be great, thought I would be able to buy them from the comfort of my home. But was not the case.

Does not let you purchase tickets. They make you download an app to get around google play. But that app still does not let you add funds. And I just saw a commercial for this in texas. What a waste.

Don't download this app I tried both of my phone and it keeps site after downloading and everything will send you a text message to verification it's been 5 days and they keep sending me notification what jackpot in everything don't waste your time

Waste of time. I got as far as entering my state which was Texas and it kept saying it did not service my area and it only services the United States. LOL. Why don't you test your useless app before it goes live.

Avoid this scam and it's associated apk at all costs! To the very worst thing you can do is upgrade this convoluted and shady app to give it access to your bank account... Please please please avoid this and report it to the Texas Lottery Commission and the Play Store.

Only can do certain plays and the fee is not worth it. Actually easier just to go play at the store.

Total false info. Downloaded, put in Texas for free ticket. Not only did not get, but said not available in my area. I'm in Texas. New braunfels/San Antonio area to be precise. Need to quit the false advertising on TV.

Absolutely love Jackpocket. However, I installed it on a new device, and It's not sending me a text message with a verification code to my device.

The results for pick 10 says for new York 0 wins receive $4. I went to my local store and they say I'm not a winner. Your app needs updating.

I get notifications for my orders but can't view them . Says you need to download the latest version of jp. Really? In have the latest. Help now or ill uninstall.

This app is useless..I got this app thinking I would have the option to purchase tickets but it just gives information about the game and past numbers.

Worst app. Customer service doesn't answer emails for basic questions. Days when also lottery store provider shut down or closed and mistake on ticket

The app never worked. All customer servicr says is to "delete app and redownload"..still doesnt work. Garbage...dont waste your time

Best application but it doesn't let me see how to get in to purchased any tickets, so if I can't get in l will stop throwing money in the trash can.

Not too bad but why in the hell would you have to wait for a dollar for each when you can just go in public and do it for $0.50 ridiculous I'll give it a two star

It will not let me play for days until my money clear and I have lost a lot of money because I can not play and it will not let me l leave messages I am blocked for a lot of stuff but it i s the only way I can play because my wheelchair is broke and if you live near a park you can not play Ilottery

This app updated its self now i am locked out and i still have money on it to play thats b💩 a month age had problems putting money from my card on here tis app trash better off going to the store

I saw the ads of it on TV... But then I decided to delete it because it didn't have full support just yet.
