The rewards are fixed on tournaments, same 2 prizes on each level no matter what. Why have a spinning wheel if you're going to make it the same amounts every single time. The cards are also fixed, you'll go on a streak of winning hands then the opposition will go on a streak. Its all very fixed

Keeps freezing my hand say my connection is lost. Bs I have strong WiFi, this is the only app that does it. You didn't answer me last time why should you now. I'm glad I haven't bought chips. I scrap and play bottom end games to get back up then it freezes me. If anyone out there is contemplating adding chips I suggest you don't. They don't even address players concerns. I can't believe someone like Liz Voorhees sorry if that's not how you spell you name, allows to use her name.

Card dealing is rigged. It's ok to play for free if you want, but don't spend money. Dealing is not random as they claim. Never in real life would your opponent get so many wonderful hands. Never bet with pocket aces or kings, you'll lose every time

Fun layout for mobile but quite buggy. Check button dissapears sometimes, hole cards occasionally remain face down after the deal, home screen may appear without menu after boot up, bonus/jackpot wheel spin doesn't always function properly, hands like quads (1/600 odds seen three times in 40 min yesterday) appear too often for me to believe the deck is truly random. Maybe future updates will clean up the bugs? 2/5 for now but a high ceiling.

Great game with some really nice features. Would be cool to be able to peel your hole cards at the start of a hand but that's not a negative for the game. The negative for me is the damned music. Please for the love of god can you add in an option to turn the music off. Right now all you can do is have SOUND on or off which removes all sound effects as well as music. I want to hear the sound effects but I dont want to hear the same 30 second music clip over and over and over again at the table.

Love this game. It's face paced. Payouts are terrible for the most part. Pay 100k, to only win 200k, a lot more often than getting the 500k or 1 mill, but still fun.

In real life your gonna not takes so many garbage hands and badbeats, how in this application. The miracle, when on preflops, when you goes all in whith a strong hand, the opponents will be have a better hand on the river than you.

It used to be ok, now, every time I lose to an allins draw, it sits me out and takes me to the place where you can choose to be automatically filled to the max. No matter what I do it doesn't work! This is frustrating cause it also won't let me do it while on a game.

The "Jackpot Spin" area is dimmed and hasn't been selectable for a week...

Damn. I got one of the best devices money can buy and fiber internet. But this thing is one slow and buggy game. Don't know if it's servers or just poor app design, but one thing is for sure, this is far from being smooth, very far. One star, otherwise would be zero stars. Problem solved.

Card generator is not per game / table count. It's based on sum games sum tables happening at any given time. Furthermore, pay to play and programed to recognize mins. In app to reward those. Heads up.

Please bring back the previous version.. the sounds, graphics and overhaul are simply terrible and remind me of cheap free apps that anyone can get. My God is it an annoiance. YOU HAD a unique and fun layout. Now... Ill be un installing. Thank you for the years, but with this new layout I need to go elsewhere .

Great game with two issues which I'd love addressed, 1. Please give an option to disable the hideous looping background music without disabling the game sound effects. 2. Please give players the opportunity to view the showdowns for a little longer as 0.5 of a second just isn't long enough. I'll gladly revise my rating to 5 stars once these issues are remedied. Very disappointed. I recently started using this app again, and was enjoying it. Unfortunately, for about a week now, the game just won't load. I continue to receive the same error telling me I'm logged in elsewhere. I've only ever played on my phone. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled today, but the error persists. No longer able to play, and don't know how to fix the error.

Would be a great app except crashes frequently on all devices. I lose moe chips on crashes than legimate losses to other players. Seems to be a memory leak since crashes happen more often after several games have been played. Please fix it. would be an outstanging app. Crashes most often in 3 player games Update ... No improvement as of 9/3.

Pretty good app apart from one major fault, when a round ends, it starts the next round soooo fast that you don't get a chance to see what other players hands are that played to the end of the river, it's like this River is played people have bet that person wins instantly start next round! I am like hold on, what hand did he have, I'm not superman, I can't see everyones hand in the space of less than a second, give us 2 or 4 seconds break at the end of each round for god sake

This game is scripted. I spent £1.50 then suddenly had an amazing run with top hands for a good week or so straight but then suddenly no hands ever since, I have to fold countless times before I get something good but when I do reach it theres a good chance of a bad beat. When I lose all my money and don't play for a while then come online, I get a few lucky hands to get me rolling. Time to uninstall.

As of this update, the program has stopped working. Keeps saying server closed the circuit. Am unable to change my name. When I select help, I get the winning hands chart. NOT MUCH HELP!!!!! Plus, can't leave message feedback in game.

Overall pretty good game. The controls could be a bit better, and it would be nice to be able to play tournaments against more than just two other people. The worst part of the game is the inability to turn off the annoying music without turning off all sound.

Good game when it works. Cost me 30 million in chips. Joined tournaments, waited for other players to join, but left before the game started. Got a pop up that said your buy-in would be refunded, but my balance was never credited. Currently wont connect and its cost me another 200000 in entry fees. Update 8/15/19: I have yet to hear back from anyone since contacting via Messenger AND email. The glitches/bugs cost me ANOTHER 200000 chips today. Unacceptable.
