I never have had a correct order from app. I blame to ui probably not being great on the driver side just as it's clunky on the user side. No napkins most the time. Drivers later that door dash every single time. No rating system for drivers, no full way to get orders fixed, seems to be no way to contact driver either if needed unlike DD

App is great, selection is great, drivers are great, but the fees are ridiculous and the wait to get the food is outrageous. My order came in over half an hour late and it as supposed to take 50 minutes. Happened both times we used this service. The pizza last night was tepid by the time we got it.

This delivery service is inferior in every way to DoorDash. The one 5 star review I saw was from the owner, Kevin Polk. They raise the menu prices. They will not fix an issue anymore. i waited a month and still no call back. I ordered 2 nights ago and they will not fix my order I paid for my food and sat with nothing to eat. I had to use another delivery service to receive my food. THE FEES ARE SO MUCH HIGHER THAN DOORDASH. Simply put, they just don't care.

apparently app is broken..stated email address not found but email not found is in use. please correct this. UNINSTALL

App is fine but the actual service in my town is horrible! Was kept waiting for two hours with the promise from "customer service" that the driver was on the way. The rep wouldn't let me speak to the manager, but told me that one would call me. Lies! After two hours the rep called me back to tell me that the driver wasn't coming. Turns out, she didn't even pick up the food. What a joke! I'd give no stars if I could.

Love the choices. And that I can get a lot more delivered, but there are too many fees involved that made a 3 item Chick-fil-A purchase $25. Not worth the money.
