Sadly, this app is unusable. Attempting a login always fails, yet the same credentials entered on the website work flawlessly. In an age where app payments are taking the market by storm, I hope JEA rectefies their app.
difficult to use because it wont store much. every time I submit with an error, app makes me go back and start over. while I input i I have to flip back and forth because I cant see what I am typing
So clunky and awkward to use. It gets the job done, but usually gets you frustrated by the time it's done - not a very user friendly interface.
Locked me out from making a payment the first time. I called customer service and they dont know how the app works, or correcting problems in their system.. i need IT...
Can't log in with correct account information. Copied from the bill and nothing. Please find a better way to authenticate your users.
I punch in my account number to log in, I triple check it, I have someone else type it in to this app to log in....it doesn't recognize the account. completely worthless.
App wont take the acct number I'm typing for the website where I just paid my bill. Fire whoever made this error. It is unacceptable in this day and age of advanced technology. God bless. M
This JEA APP is for Jackson TN. Not Jacksonville Florida that's why the app will not work with your account number... had to figure this out, realized Interested 40 don't run through Florida!
Has some good features, but struggles with usability. A little more love and attention with testing would make this a good app
This app did not work for me but it is based out of Tennessee so it will only work for people who have JEA in Tennessee I called the help # and IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN TENNESSEE THEN DON'T INSTALL THIS APP. They aren't affiliated with anyone outside of their state.
Useless...will not even let me log in...and reading through the reviews I can see JEA doesn't care...hasn't been updated since 2019... that's pathetic
This App dont work you should fire who ever worked on this App, my Account only has 10 digit account numbers and this app is asking for 12 digits. WHAT A WAIST...
Tried to use my account did not eirk..Remove from list and have you web techs or designer correct the error...useless

You can't log in like everyone is saying. Jea is trash and doesn't care about anyone as always.
You can pay your bill... It definitely is behind the times. Autofill would be great, or save card for later. You have to keep scrolling back and forth because you can't see what you're typing. I dread when this bill comes around because this app is so tedious.
