this app is pointless other than checking your promo and points. promos are no longer messaged (points for reading was the best thing about app). Asides from information about covid protocols and what features and amenities the no longer have there has not been any updated information. The slot locator ping map as well as the list of slots is so wildly inaccurate as to be worthless, absolutely. The ping dots are often in areas there aren't any slots sometimes outside the boundaries or walls

Before covid this app used to be updated with all kinds of information current offers current progressives weekly promotions and other kind of information it seems like ever since covid happened that all stopped.. what ???did you fire that person and plan to never hire somebody in their place what's going on ?? Just discontinue this app it's useless

So I love jackson and the employees are awesome I have a slight complaint about how it used to have the referral thing in the app my bf and I are responsible for tons of the downloads and popularity of this app not saying we single handedly had everyone sign up and download it but when we started getting people to download it there were only 1000 downloads now its grown it would be nice if they still offered loyal players that are helping grow the app store presence and online presence some ince
