Home screen starts out with extremely long delay. Then crashes often. Hit or miss as to the ability to get to tour tickets, I use my home computer to bring them up then email them to me. This app leaves a bad taste in your mouth before you even enter the stadium. Fix or remove!

As a life-long fan (life being the Jaguars existence) follow all the news, games, go when I can, support them NO MATTER WHAT, but yet the powers that be have still yet after all these years have the ability to make an app that works and that also is enjoyable. There is not ONE VIDEO on this app that will play longer then 6 seconds. There has always been an issue with video playback, since development. A lot going on this year, just can't watch cause videos don't play, Urban would say, "OWN IT"

Can not get this app to work....BS ..hope it gets fixed before too long...just bought season tickets and question whether I will be able to access to get my ticket game day....

Absolutely horrible if you're trying to manage your tickets and edit your pricing. You're able to make the changes and then it freezes when you try to get to the next screen. So it never updates your pricing... Note 9 here..

10/25/21: SAME ISSUE. 9/16/21 update: The app doesn't work smoothly when trying to sell tickets, etc. It sits on one screen and doesn't go all the way thru to completion. One thing after another on this app. Have more issues accessing my tickets than not. Been this way for months, sporadically. Ugh.

app has been horrible! it freezes and it doesnt show purchases. i was told to wait til monday since it was getting updated... & well here it is..MONDAY & its still the same as it was before!!... i purchased season tickets and theyre not even listed!

great having all my tix in one place but the app crashes frequently and runs in the background. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall because it won't go to sleep. I am on a galaxy s10.

Still waiting to be able to sell my tickets. The app has been glitchy for months! I am not able to complete the transaction. I have Uninstalled/reinstalled. Nothing works. Very disappointed.

No save to google wallet option with new ticketing method is a critical flaw in this app. Ticketmaster and this app are terrible. Couldnt use it to get into game due to barcodes showing up as duplicates...

Have to uninstall so often it is frustrating! When not looking at tickets for a few weeks it just whites out and won't load tickets....doesn't work well when trying to pay from it in the stadium either.

None of the videos work, you only get an ad and then the video never loads. The app used to work but now it doesn't. Life long jaguar fan but this app is terrible.

Contantly crashing. This app is absolutely abysmal. Not sure how im going to get access to the draft party when its only mobile tickets and they cant build a functioning app.

It does not work, cannot see my tickets, probably cannot get into last preseason game. IF THIS IS WHAT IT GOING TO BE I THINK ALL SEASON TICKET HOLDERS SHOULD GET A TOTAL REFUND. It was much better before the last quote upgrade, a total disaster.

I like the app, but every time I go to look at my tickets, I have to delete the app, then reinstall it. This is a problem. I'd rather they had mailed me actual tickets yhen to deal with this foolishness.

Can't sell my ticket!!! App just sits on the screen where you set the price and won't allow you to move forward! Fix immediately please!

I have had problems with this app since they launched it. It has not work properly and I have to wait to get in games. The barcode does not move on my phone.

App is horrible, it made me update and after the updated, it wouldn't load my tickets. **Update** I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It's working better now.

Not too good for updates of jags info and can't really comment on team freely anymore. Had it installed for most year but it lacked friendly communication . Also being a long time fan from franchise start 1995 this makeup of the team didn't give me much too follow and cheer for !😪🏈

The app doesn't always open correctly and needs to be debugged. I can see longer entry times this year.

It's ok fairly easy to use .. I will see how it is with the update and watching live feed. I do. notice it freezes some times I save my tickets to my Google wallet for backup

this app keeps stopping is all I ever see. its unusable and drains the battery if you dont force it to stop from the settings. Two straight seasons now of this

Constant password problems. This app works about as well as the team. It is hard to believe that an NFL team can not hire a developer to run a decent app.

Every time I leave my home screen even when the Jaguars app isn't open I get a popup saying that the Jaguars app stopped working. THE ONLY REASON I HAVENT DELETED IT IS I HAVE TO HAVE IT TO ACCESS MY SEASON TICKETS FOR GAME DAY!

I am a season ticket holder and it will not allow me to sell my tickets as it did last year I have updated the app twice and they're still a problem I've spoken to the team and Ive been assured that it will be fixed but has not been so far.

Unable to access my season tickets. How do I get in the game if no tickets show on this app? Losing team and horrible app. No way to treat season ticket holders. I may not renew next season. If you can't fix the problem how can you fix the team?

this is the most frustrating method of securing ticket sales. It is a marketing nightmare and a complete waste of time.

DROP THIS APP!! It is terrible. I agree with all of the reviews. This site is TERRIBLE!! No chance of playing videos. And to think, that after reading all of these reviews, the site would attempt to correct the problem. But they don't.
