Once linked, this app lets you control all the major functions of your pump without having to climb over all your other equipment. With the simple-to-use interface, you can start and stop the pump, place it into Auto mode, adjust the Timers, and more. Have multiple pumps you'd like to control? No problem! You can link and store up to four pumps, each with an individual name - no more confusion about which pump does what.

Works pretty well. If they can fix its handling of times that cover midnight, it would get 4 stars. Currently if time overlaps midnight I get an error that end time can't be before start time - needs to be fixed. Why in the world do I have turn on GPS to connect to my pump??? It's not going anywhere + already connecting via Bluetooth.
This app recognized my brand new pump the first time and allowed me to change the name but now it cannot find my pump even when I'm standing right next to it. I attempted to delete the pump and then add it again, but now it cannot find the pump at all. So frustrating and stupid! This was a $1200 purchase and the app doesn't even work! Now I'm wondering if I should have gone with another brand. The pool store said jacuzzi had a good reputation but so far I am not impressed.
I was worried because of so many had reviews, but it's working great for me. Been using it for 2 months so far. Update: roughly a year in and it's still working fine. Never had any troubles with the app.
Works on my wife's iPhone but will not work on my android. I've had a case opened with 'support ' for over a week now and they have not seen this issue, lol. they're going to send a senior tech out to see if they can get my phone to work with it. Sure would be nice if they actually had someone that knew something about their product.
Jacuzzi needs to add access thru Google Home before some other company does it. Most Google Home & Alexa devices have Bluetooth transmitters so they should work the same as a phone. If I could use one of those I could set schedules and control via voice. Also, adding timers for individual days as well as a one-time 2-4hr would be great.
I can see the pump in my Bluetooth available devices, but the app tells me there are no pumps within range. Brand, spanking new pump. EXTREMELY disappointing as the Bluetooth feature was a major factor in my spending nearly $2k for pump and replumbing my pool system.
Works on iPhone does not work on Android after a recent update!!! Please add an update to the app to get this working again. Installed on Galaxy A11 running Android 10 Cleared Cache and app connected again.!!
Doesnt work on Galaxy s9. Works on Galaxy s6 fine. Got a new phone and it wont connect, can't use bluetooth feature of brand new pump. What a rip off.
UPDATED 1/17/20: Bought new Android running OS 10 and now have access to pump. I guess the app didn't work with OS 6. OLD REVIEW: App loads and recognizes pool pump. App fails when you try to name pump. I'm told Apple iPhone works with the pump but for Android it doesn't work and is a waste of memory.
Great app to set up all the complex timers and controls. The pushbutton pad on the pump would be miserable if that was all you had.
worked for about one week via bluetooth and code, then started needing a sign in which was never set up to begin with. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling still not working.
Really the worst app, it cuts out and takes forever to reconnect,the people who wrote this app have never owned a pool. Do not buy a Jacuzzi pool pump you will be very frustrated with the app interface.
Seem like sometimes I can access my pump via this app sometimes next. I can be standing right next to it as well. I update app able to access it once now i cannot access it. Very poor app.
I would like to be able to set the time on my pump. Also there is no way to set one timer from 10pm until 5am. I need to create two different schedules with a 15 min gap since the application will not allow from 10pm until 12am. I have to set to 11:45pm. Please fix. Otherwise the other options work fine. Thank you.
Useful but no option for different weekend schedule and the timers do not let you set them through midnight. It is a shame that 2 obvious shortfalls have not been addressed.
Generally works, but there's a bug where the app forces you to have a 15-minute gap between days whereas the pump itself allows a continuous schedule.
Always a problem when tried to connect my pump. Now,I have to turn it on and off manually! What a waste of money!!
Half the time it doesn't work and when it does I have to be 10 feet away from the pump

Doesn't work on Android 10
Looses connection even when using the app and standing right next to the pump. When it works it's very responsive though. Had the same schedule running for 6 months now and now all of a sudden it's telling me that schedule one time is overlapping scheduled two time... Completely incorrect. No matter what time I said it to it still says the same error.
