Jacuzzi® Sauna Connect App

App hasn't been updated in over 2 years and it acts like it. So glitchy, so slow. I have to force stop it all the time and reopen it and wait and wait and wait. Also, the Apple version has better functionality than Android. Unfortunately, the control panel in my sauna is missing a few key controls that you can only get with the app, so I have to keep trying to use it every day. Very frustrating.

SUCKS NOW....used to work perfectly!!! I have a Galaxy s9 and kept hitting set up instead of login. Once you connect by following the instructions, works like a charm. I turn mine on right after working out so it's at prime temp by the time I get home. LOVE IT!!! 06.11.2020 update: app continues to crash and is worthless at this time. Not sure what happened but can't access dashboard. Please fix as one of my MAIN reasons for going with a jacuzzi sauna was the mobile access.

It used to work on my phone but no longer. I've tried reinstalling it but makes no difference. It can find the sauna but can't connect. Annoying as it works OK on my tablet and another phone.

Absolutely sucks. Have tried to set up the app tent's of times using multiple phones and multiple wifi networks (including 2.4 Ghz set up specifically for this purpose). Al have been unsuccessful. You would think for the money we paid for the sauna that they would have a functioning phone app. This is BS.

I downloaded this app and it said it was designed for an older phone model and may not work. Well it doesn't work at all. I registered 4 different emails and it said it was successful each time, but it always says the email or password is invalid with each time I try to login. This app is completely useless.

You just can't advertise the ability to control your sauna with an app when the feature relies on an app as bad as this to work. It's NEVER worked for me, I've spent HOURS working (both alone and with support) to try to get it to work. Do not buy a clearlight sauna if this feature working seamlessly out of the box is important for you.

This app is useless. It has never been updated, incompatible with my pixel 4 and my husband's phone. Feeling like I got scammed into buying the sauna that you can use the app for.....and it doesn't work. Fantastic. They have no support either. I've tried it all, three times. It just. Doesn't. Work.

I use this app to set a starting timer on my sauna so it is warm when I use it in the morning. It also allows for more functionality then the sauna allows with it's marginal control panel. But it is really the worst app I have on my phone. It could be because the sauna has a poor connection and interface. It does what I tell it to do, but slowly and not always. Now that I write this I think clearlight is largely to blame probably. If the app can be better please work on it.

I've been using this app for years and it is fine. It works and I can turn my Sauna on pretty easily and check the temp. But I expected this to have been integrated into a Google Assistant or Alexa by now. A little disappointed. Come-on guys! Improve the app!! Give us some updates.

You dont have customers spend this much on a premium product, with a main selling point being the ability to control it by app, and then have that feature just not work. The whole reason for buying from an established brand is to avoid unacceptable nuisances like this. Jacuzzi, fix your hardware/software.

Works just fine for me on my galaxy note 8. The only thing I'd change is how the button reads for the full spectrum toggle. It has no percentages so it's confusing as to if your at 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%.

This app is total garbage. It's never been updated and I dont think it ever will be because Jaccuzi bought clearlight and came out with a different app altogether for the same saunas, but different firmware. Chatted with clearlight support and there is no update for the clearlight saunas to the new jaccuzi software. It would be nice for them to update the clear lights to the new jaccuzi software. Having the ability to control your sauna through wifi was an added extra cost feature, useless

It worked one time and won't let me do it again. Tried to reset password and also redid bluetooth. Great idea if it works consistently.

Updated review- again App seems to have been repaired and is now working properly again. Thank goodness, because I like setting my sauna for my workout daily, so that it is ready afterwards. This makes it convenient to set as soon as I get to the gym. I appreciate your updating this to fibrin again!

NEGATIVE 5 STARS. This app is garbage, the worst we've ever used. We've tried iphones and androids, new and old. We've been back and forth with the Jacuzzi company and it still doesnt work. It actually made timer and heat setting of the sauna work incorrectly. We had to reset the circuit breaker to get the controls to work correctly again. This was a big selling point for us If it is for you maybe you should not get a Jacuzzi brand Sauna. 2 hrs a day wasted warming it up in person.

2 years ago, this app worked with my old LG4 phone with Android 6.0. But does not work with my newer Samsung Galaxy S9.

Works about 5% of the time after you figure out you need to register. How hard is it to put a device on wifi and discover it?

Latest update completely broke the app. After logging in it just crashes.

App is fantastic. We are able to start up the Sauna from anywhere and it is warm when we are ready to use us it.

Doesn't connect I've tried for over a year. The sauna itself is excellent.

Problem resolved.... Review updated. App update crashes and will not open.

This is absolutely ridiculous. This product is not cheap. I spent a lot of money and I expect to get everything that comes with it. Why is this so hard.? You need to fix this app. It is not working. Get qualified staff to handle this.

got it to work on android 9/Samsung note 9. it is actually really cool.

I've been trying to get this app to work for two (2) years. I wish they would update it, so it works.

Have a few problems connecting it but technical support helped to get it connected

Works excellent on my older Android phone.

Does not work. Customer service is no help. Expensive brick.
