Jaguar iGuide
The app makes it simple to find and understand all the need to know features and controls. It also doubles as a mobile owner’s manual, ensuring the answer to any question is always to hand.
The application features four tools:
* Visual Search. Uses a variety of interactive images to identify important and helpful features and controls. It demonstrates how to use them and helps you get the best from your new vehicle.
* The owner’s manual. This digital version of the owner’s manual makes it easy to find the information you’re looking for quickly. A convenient alternative to the printed manual, you can search by key word or category.
* Frequently Asked Questions. A quick reference list, providing answers and information relating to the most common questions about your vehicle.
* Warning lights. A comprehensive and easy to use guide to the various warning lights that might appear on your dashboard. This section tells you what each light means and what to do about it.
No login is required. Just select your vehicle details and the application will download the important content on to your phone, so it is available when you are off line. Only videos require an internet connection. iGuide currently supports the following Jaguar models:-

Why only 3 years covered? I have a 2017 model but it has now been removed! The XE has been around since 2015 but the iGuide now only covers 20, 21 and 22 models! Please can you put the models back. Thank you.
Those who rate this app as 1 star don't be so negative. This app is fairly new and is a working progress. I recently downloaded it and I am very happy with it. I work on all the jaguar models that are 2017 and up and for each car I was able to download the manuals and use them. Yes it only supports the 2018 through 2020 models. But is is still very useful. Those who say it doesn't support their model or year, don't leave negative comments because once again this app is fairly new and it'll evolve
Problem with this otherwise excellent app is that it keeps updating to the latest revised model of your car. Thus you cannot keep it on your exact model year version. Shame they didn't allow you to retain your version as it quickly becomes pointless.
after recent update xf 2016 no longer in guide, only the last 2 years. current guide no longer matches car. This is strange as after picking year the guide is downloaded to device. WHY why why not allow users to continue with previous downloaded guide instead of removing it and only allowing the last 2 years versions!
iGuide is an awesome alternative to using the owners manual! I can access iGuide any time or place plus Jaguar regularly updates the app as new information arrives. When my I-Pace was new I would sit in the car and use iGuide to learn the many complex features. I highly recommend this app for anyone interested in learning all they can about their Jaguar.
Used several times to find some quick info. Easier than thumbing through the manual if your in a rush. Very convenient.
Just like Alex E I have downloaded the app many times and it always comes up in Russian. It never asks for my language also the model year. But very pleased with the 2020 XE which runs very much better than the app.
emailed author a month ago because my version of my model wasnt included in the app. Still have recieved NO RESPONSE. Not even an automated acknowledgement. Clearly not finished and inadequately supported.
Headings in English, text in Russian No options anywhere to change language, with mixed language, it's no use for anyone. Would expect better from Jaguar
Disgraceful that a company the size of JLR should knowingly remove XF information for cars older than 2019 on the i-guide Disingenuous and disrespectful to potentially loyal customers. Anyone with sense myself included, should avoid Jaguar it's products and it's disgusting customer service when next choosing a car. They don't care, and they aren' t bothered about past sales only future sales and profit. Poor, poor, poor and all of this on top of the bad functionality of Jaguar remote.
So far, this app has provided all the answers I needed about the features of my F Pace. In my opinion, it's a very good manual for someone looking to get answers quickly. It is definitely worth a download.
You have cars older than 2 years old. I know you are in the elite bracket, but come on. Completely useless for my 2013 XF. Even your website only goes to 2016...
Doesn't work on my Samsung S7+ WiFi tablet. It downloads the data for my 2021 F pace, but just shuts down when I try to use it. Works OK on my Samsung phone. Is this a phone only app?
Useless, does not support XE 3.0L. Still, maintains the consistently low level of functionality across the Jaguar App range!
Useless. Keeps saying I can't download the manual due to a network issue. All other apps are connected just fine.
Only 2019+ model supported. Seems very short sighted particularly as previous versions were previously.
Very flakey connection and operation, changing notifications intermittent, unable to enter minutes to departure
Awesome. People downgrading it because it doesn't cover their model really need to get out more. Great for the I-Pace.

Rubbish. After updating will only let me enter 2020 model xe. Not much use for older cars !!

Only supports two models. Where are the rest? Why advertise the app if it only supports two of the whole lineup?

I find it is impossible to put in the year of my car. So for me it's useless.
It was cool then something happened and I can no longer my year. It only shows 2020.
Only appears to support 2019+ vehicles, making it useless for my 2017 F-Pace.
Crashes when opening on an Acer Chromebook Spin 513. Hangs on opening screen ('Add a car'). Review: after 3-4 efforts to install it now works fine. Better than a printed instructions manual.
