not bad, frustrating at times. Not having a draft box is really irritating. losing a letter 4 page letter, because I got a phone call is super frustrating. personally, I believe it should have a more "MAILBOX" type design frame. by that I mean draft, a sent message, and a recieved message type box or folder. but this app adds the option of sending pictures to the one's you love inside. which is awesome! still well worth downloading!

You suck! Cant upload license and wont verify my number on the app. Hate that we have to go through these stupid issues to send money or video chat with a loved one.

There needs to be a way to attach more than 1 photo per message, also needs to find a simpler way to access the inmate each and every time, maybe make it where ya have a profile so u use a username and password for an inmate saved on your account. So many ideas to make the navigation simpler,faster and easier on the actual user.

Consistently blocks me out due to "unauthorized" attempts. I have to change my password on a regular basis to be able to log in. Sometimes it tells me that my account does not exist when I try to change password. The video visits are often cut early and they will double charge you for visits when you schedule it again after they tell you it is not scheduled. If it is the only way to contact your friends, you really have no choice but to use it, if you do have a choice stay away from this scam.

Sucks, been sucking. Nothing but issues after issues. Needs a better tech team or something on building this app is all I got to say .

This app dies not work about 40% of the time. I have attempted to Sen messages and they would not send. I tried to do a video conference and it wouldn't connect. My connect button was not functioning. This is theft! A refund or reschedule should be available if the app doesn't function as intended.

Really enjoy being able to send and recieve mail messages from loved ones, money deposits is much more easier when your schedule so busy you cant catch a break to drive and make requested deposits!!! Only problem i have is with the video chat... There has been few times where the video is jus a black screen, big problem with freezing up and video disconnecting itself; needs improvement there!!! But would like to see changes made for mail messages is it be free for inmates to send mail out

Not User Friendly at all. There is an absolutely No Refund policy. Do not even ask IF you reach someone. A lot of jails use this app they also Still require a Call to an 800 number to add funds to YOUR phone number so your loved one can call you. THEY also need funds in the tech account to call or text you. So you're charged Twice for one call. Text messages are $0.50 each. Both directions. You are charged the $5 video fee weather or not it is approved. Biggest issue is equipment failure at the facility you get charged for anyway. Your verified and approved visit fails to register at the facility (Its already been charged). No Refunds. What a money maker. My biggest issue is the lack of reliability in this system. It Might work for you if you give it time. Why they say to log into the video 2 minutes early I have no clue. It tells you right away your To Early to log in. If your a minute late? Its too bad, you're just out those minutes. They cut the feed on the dot.

All but one time that I've scheduled a video visitation it has not connected. It will sit with the "waiting room...this make take up to 5 minutes" notification but does not ever load the blue notification with the "start the visit" button. And sometimes it will let me go and cancel the visit if it is not loading any of the notification boxes I just mentioned above. Which is nice. But the "nice" doesn't last long because after being relieved that you get the chance to reschedule; you go and schedule it for a half hour or so later. Low and behold; it wont load/connect and you go to try and cancel that visit only to go and see that you can no longer see your loved one today because the box is faded and no longer a freaking option. Leaving you the only option of scheduling for the following day. And I'm not even sure why you would even attempt to do this knowing darn good and well it's going to do the same thing it did ALL BUT ONE TIME before. It's very frustrating. And your disdain for the app, website and even this company grows even more so after writing email after email and never once receiving a reply/conformation that they even received any information regarding your issue. If the app can tell me the scheduled visit is "already over" or "has too many visitors already" then I know it can confirm that it never connected AND NOT STILL CHARGE THEM $5.99 for absolutely nothing. Y'all SUCK!!!

The people who work for this company are very courteous, they will email back in a very timely manner EVERY TIME you email them and they go above and betond to make any problem u have right!! This company gets 10 stars!!!!! And for the app itself I never have any issues at all!! 3 out of 4 video visits were perfect and the 4th video visit was canceled due to an issue that there was no control over and at first they reset my visit and when it couldnt be reset because he was moved they refunded me.

Terrible terrible!! Doesn't have the right facilities for the counties, FAQs are pointless, and the "contact us" menu doesn't work. Calling customer support didn't work either. Absolutely terrible app and service!!

This app has been amazing and has made life so much easier for me. However the last week I have not been able to send any pictures with any of my messages and it has made a couple of people very upset. Hopefully this issue gets resolved soon because this app is great other than that.

I rated it a 1, but it is not even a 1 in my book! I paid for a visit to see my son & was never able to connect to the call! Then I had another visit & the phone connected but froze a whole 30 sec., only to disconnect me saying something about "error see logcat" whatever that means! That happened the whole visit, I miss my son and right now this is the only way for me to see his handsome face and make sure he is really ok! I will be glad when I am able to go back to on-site visits!!

Will yall please fix the login errors?!? Every. Single. Time I have to reset my password because it says it's incorrect. This has been ongoing for at least a year that I'm aware of. It kills the urge to even communicate with my loved one. All because of one error that alot of folks have complained over a number of times here on playstore.

Terrible experience. Couldnt get to state I needed & it'smore trouble than it's worth. Calling isnt any better. Updated nov.9, 2020 I have to uninstall then reinstall after a free video visit & usually the video part doesnt work on inmates end. But better than it was.

At first I was happy & content with this app which allows me to connect with my boyfriend who is incarcerated through emails & video visits now due to covid 19. However the past week it has completely stopped working, I can still send emails, but the video visits will not work it just says I'm in a waiting room & it could take 5 minutes... but it will stay like that for hours. I have to pay for these video visits! I tried calling customer service, left a message, no one has returned my call.

I have tried for 3 days to use this application both regularly through the computer and also through the app. It will not allow me to make deposits. Trying to use the email service and it's not letting anything go through even on their phone system. I received 1 email from the site stating it was coming from the Sheriff's Department. I called the sheriff's department and it stated it got in fine. I had left 3 emails regarding this problem and have yet to receive answer on how to put money on

Exceptional app!!!! The only thing i would like to see to improve this app is to be able to send more than just one picture at a time.also would like to have some kind if notification to my phone or email confirming the money to be on the account

Its okay, would be nice to be able to track deposits through the app and track how our money us being used between the available options at the given jails. Example, how much goes to commisary, how much to phone, Is any being transferred to other accounts

Video didn't work. I scheduled a video visit twice. I got the approval code, downloaded the app, waited till time to start visit and only my face appeared at bottom of the screen. Never saw or heard anything from the other end, only a white screen was shown.

I love this app... it allows me to keep in contact with my husband through texts and send photos of our kids, the Video visits are amazing maybe had one or 2 issues with the screen blacking out but went out and right back i not even a min and it would go right back.. i miss my husband so much and this allows him to see his handsome face or talk to him without leaving my bed lol since onsite visits are video anyway.... thank you jailfunds

The option to put money on the phone doesnt work for some reason and i hate how you cant save an inmate as a favorite to get started with your message faster... You have to go thru choosing the atate, location and inmate every time

Very poor! Visits never start on time and phone calls are dropped almost every time! When I called the company they said they couldn't see the calls i was talking about but yet i have screenshots of calls being dropped after 20 or 30 seconds almost every call. Of course they say it's my phone but yet i have a full signal every time. This company is a rip off! Taking advantage of people who need to use this company to keep in touch with family members in jail.

I calculate I've lost $100 trying to use your video chat visit. Your policy of no refund is atrocious. The video support for video visit is atrocious. The impossibility of actually speaking with a person @ the time of the inevitable failure of this program, application, to actually work is atrocious. I would like a credit for every time this program has not worked. As I said before I have lost $100 on this fiasco. This program is absolutely horrific. It needs to be streamlined. 🤪

This app is great for sending money to family or friends that might be incarcerated. It's very easy to use. Just be careful because sometimes if you look up their initials their name won't be on the list of inmates. You really need to have the number the state had issued them.

This app is a scam, & has been marked for bad service by the Better Business Bureau. They take money & don't provide the services you paid for. At first, they were alright but after a couple of times of video chatting with my fiancé, they quickly screwed up completely. They've robbed me of my money, & to add insult to injury they practically raped my fiancé’s chance to say goodbye to a dying family member because each time we tried to video chat, the app never bothers to connect the chat to my phone anymore because it's a dud service now. The messages to connect to the video chat have all but ceased & they don’t give a damn. They even go so far as to make sure that nobody can get any help or any results by making damn sure that every way of contacting them is an endless loop to nothing. You cannot talk to a customer service representative at any time because there are none. You can of course leave a message for customer service, but they will NEVER get back to you because they'd much rather spit in your face & laugh at you. If I could give this app 0 stars & 5 extended middle fingers, I would. Total piece of garbage & a complete waste of time & money!

As for the development of the app its great. Easy to navigate short sweet and simple. As far as the products overpriced and cheap products.

This app is a joke. NUMEROUS times I've setup video calls n the kiosk isn't working. I've lost $30+ dealing with this app. Getting ANYONE to call is a joke. Getting ANYONE to respond to your email is a joke. *Do better *We already have to take care of our love ones that are incarcerated. Along with making ends meet during the pandemic only to be dukes out of our hard earned money countless time by your app/system🤦🏾‍♀️

I am having an issue with CorrectPay. I cannot complete my registration, because it will not accept my driver's license number. I have emailed customer care and called. Not happy with this right now.

This app never works cuts off during calls and it says you have to have this app to answer video chats and it's never worked very stressful in a stressful situation
