Lier, Fraud and chetear app. They have automatically renewed my profile for platinum membwrship and on asking for refund they makinng excuses. First time before auto renewal i called them and told not to renew my profile. They told me your profile will not be renewwd but still after 2 days they renewed. After they said you will get your refund within week but still after 1.5 months I did not get.

Even after paying 3k -5k- When we ask for customer service to filter profile who declined my profile, they ask us to block every profile manually...... What a joke... If I have to do it myself then why should I use this app. It is better to go with patrika books published by some trust which is very affordable and relatable profiles we get. This is one of many issues I have faced and I can't write here all the issues here free of cost.

Very bad experience, take membership fee but di not give any assistance. Please don't use this it has only limited member. They also offline since long.

Really the worst services ever. I have raised complaint. And it's more than a month no one calls back. And when we calls for complaint they always told that they will call you back but again no one calls you back . They always calls to take the membership but after buying it, they forgot you. They have time to call you for membership but never calles to solve your problem and services . Really a very bad experience.

Pathetic Ui & Ux experience. Even after subscribing and paying close to 3k for 3 months membership. You cant view contact details plus there is no segregation among profile which has accepted and who has declined. Either of the both shows the same in every column. They keep on sending negative promotions that this person has accepted your request eventually they haven't. A big no for new users.

Don't buy any premium plans waste of money, applied filters doesn't work, only old profiles repeatedly comes...

Would give a 0 if could. They don't care about privacy. I once got a call asking me to sign up for premium and the argument they gave was I would not be able to send a message to XYZ, with whom I'd matched. They actually said the name of that person on the phone! Also I recently found out that they also heavily censor and edit the About Me section in the profile. They took my text and literally rewrote it to match their preferred format. They couldn't even get the English and grammar correct. 🤦

Bug in the app. After every few min the app closed automatically

Very poor app, shortlisted profiles are not available to see in shortlisted menu. Poor customer service, first executive told you have not shortlisted asked for profile, number. Don't waste money for this app.. There are many, I don't remember mine, so do you think what should do, I will record it manually.. 🤔

Very, very slow. Takes forever to open. Ridiculously expensive packs. Should also give one month subscription option or something. Need a lot of upgrading.

Very worst application, we can't send a simple message to anyone if any one accept your request and he want to connect with someone then your app always show pay now, you have only earned to money nothing else and you know that jivan saathi app is better atleast we can send a simple message. now I am uninstalling this application thank you..

This is pathetic. It suddenly logs me out of system one morning saying your profile is suspended. No reason, nothing. No way to contact support. I was a paid member on the app and they just looted and suspended the profile.

Worst experience. Intially they called daily to upgrade to premium. Premium cost was way too high that is 4400 for 3 months.No new ids, looping same again and again. Its waste of money for most of members. I will not recommend to anyone to subscribe . Don't cheat people.

A simple login is not properly handled by your developer team. This is really bad you have uploaded this application on playstore where you haven't completed the login standards properly. If your developer is not capable enough then share your code I will write the code so that other users doesn't face this issue.

Very poor app, old profiles, numbers are not verified. Even customer care service is worst they don't know how to talk with people. Very disappointed.

It was a nice experience with app, however I got irritated with the executives calls, in 4 days of using I have received 12 calls. I could have tolerated, but they call regularly till you not pick up the phone, Deleted the app in 4th day

The most pathetic and worst app. Worst customer service. No profiles. Zero professionalism. No response from anyone about anything. Pathetic app UI. They do only fraud sales saying buy package and get orders but it is the worst application. Never ever use it and never make payment of even a single penny to such people.

Quite poor app, filters are not working, strict filters are joke, for alies options citeria there are 3 places you need to update and do not save properly..

Company only collects money from you after that he is not answering any queries Very bad experience Please don't pay Application say that after payment you can send message but after payment they just show error Don't pay single rupee. They just say we will do but didn't do anything Local office is also not reply.

What the hell is wrong with this app... U can't chat with someone can't get there number and even can't send them mail. And why the hell should i upgrade and that too at such ridiculous ly high price!!! Total worst app ever 👎👎👎

We upload high quality images but the images displayed in the app are of low quality, that leaves bad impression on the opposite person viewing the profile. Have the developers fix this ASAP.

Worst app - only money making mean. I was not sure why all the requests were getting declined later it came to my notice that Once I paid for subscription they removed my photo.

In Diamond Plan offered vs plan given was totally different, Just like unlimited contact view, unlimited SMS & More things but these things are not actually given "unlimited". T&C applied there. Pls check the conditions carefully before buying any plan.

It's messed up app, Even if you select to show only Murtipujak profiles. it Will show all others profile also ... What the hell ... kindly build good application...

Guys I will provide you free of cost group, where if you are interested you can directly contact them. Don't waste your money here. Many jain community people are providing free of cost service to get someones better. And these people are even not taking any effort to put new profiles daily, we ourselves have to create our profile, or everyone has to login and create there own profile and than too they are asking for money. Purely waste.

I have waited for nearly half hour for home page after filling all details...it is loading ... Loading.... Loading...and loading I have uninstalled this app and again installed But then too same ...👎

i just login this app before 1 hour and they started calling continuesly .. for paid membership... i recieved 10 calls in 1 day ... its seems a scam... now unistalled this app but still recieving calls... dont download this scam app.
