It's really awesome and has been really helpful because it comes in handy. I really commend the bank though I have some observations that might be helpful to further develop the app towards perfection: 1. Please remove the login by fingerprint option (due to security purposes). 2. The balance option should be hidden unless otherwise requested by the user Currently, the balance shows by default.

Very moderate to some extent. The only issue with it is that somtimes you would be having credit in your account but it would take days before it reflects. And secondly, you cant view a full reciept of your recent transactions, tou can only do that immediately after the transaction, once you close that page without saving the reciept, you cannot view the reciept again. You can only see the highlight of your transaction and the funds transferred.

Terrible It almost always generates an error message when trying to complete a transaction, which is beyond annoying. History doesn't give full details of transaction or the account balance after each transaction. Also please include the option to automatically generate statement of account. Generally the app needs improvement

I don't know the hell that's happening to this Jaiz bank of a thing... Imagine trying to do a transaction since 2days ago and it's not going through, and this is not the first time, it kept reccuring, its really annoying... This is very bad, their service is really out of it. I even deleted the mobile app I had on my phone and downloaded another one, still the same thing... If nothing is done to this, this bank will continue to lose customers.

The app is awesome and quiet easy to use. One interesting thing is that it gives you an update on your loan repayment schedule, if you have taken a facility. How ever, there's no way to generate your account statement and also send to third party. For a regional bank, the app should bridge the gap in your few number of branches.

1. After hiding balance, the balance opens on its own after doing an activity on the app. I thought you are meant to be the one to unhide it?? 2. The transaction history is limited to only three months. Is that the power jaiz bank app can carry? The payment narration even disappears from 2 months back. 3. Sometimes SMS alert might not come in at all, I'll need to know who paid a certain amount and the app has never been helpful in this aspect. App only shows the amount without name of sender.

Dear Jaiz Bank Plc, This App is Very poor. One Always find it difficult to open even with strongest network. Your App is not showing the creditor's name to be sure who specifically sent money in the case of not receiving alert on time because your bank doesn't send alert instantly... I also want to suggest downloading of transactions statement. This App is so outdated and lack many features. Advance and upgrade for customers satisfaction please.

This app is very bad, it's connectivity is bad, slow to respond and even lost times after a transaction has showed successful, beneficiary account will not be credited. Worst bank app ever and no chance of improvement

I'm here to lay my complains and edit my rating with you... I'm really annoyed with the inconveniences I'm still facing with this app... among is; I received credit alert but the money balance won't agree to be updated with the total balance amount, still showing the last balance, it's frustrating. secondly, the is misbehaving, won't open despite the fact that full network is available... thank you

Hello. I've been using your app and I have to say it is superb. I recently started facing an issue with the app. I changed my phone and downloaded the it but its refusing to activate. I have followed the normal steps and it shows me that a verification number is sent yet nothing comes up on my phone, I've tapped on resend code still the same thing. Advise me please

Firstly, as today, it couldn't connect to the server. Secondly, the app is supposed have a download button instead of only the share button. Thirdly, history of each transaction is supposed to come up with details of the transaction when one clicks on it.

Below average experience overall. Not all financial institutions (especially microfinance banks) are on the app, transaction history is very limited (in months covered) and not well detailed (in terms of narration), OTP doesn't get to email address and poor update culture (even when you lodge complaints nothing happens).

The OTP to activate this app is supposed to be used within 10mins, but it doesn't get generated and sent within 10mins from your end. It therefore renders the effort to activate the app useless unless one starts all over again and the same pattern repeats itself. Fix it pls

Finally, an app worthy of a bank of the Status of Jaiz Bank. Update: why is your App having server issues recently? It is becoming more frequent. It is causing confusion and distress especially with transaction. Pls fix Update: you need to fix the unable to connect to server bug when logging. It is becoming annoying.

My personal experience over time is that * you initiate funds transfer but the system will tell you there is connectivity issues. Later, as you try a second time, both transactions will take EFFECT ! Secondly, purchase of electricity comes with SUSPENSE. You purchase but the CODES to input to METER is NO WHERE !

The app interface is without doubt good, but then its functionality is questionable. Of late , my account was credited it however did not reflect on the app, I once attempted buying recharge card, money was debited but my number wasn't recharged and there was no reversal of the debited amount

I can't get to finish the account opening process. The 'upload signature' part is where I get stuck. I choose the picture but it doesn't get uploaded and once I click next it says I haven't uploaded file. Please fix Thanks

The app use to work well not until recently. I can't send money out. I can do any other thing but once I want to transfer money, it'll say transaction limit exceeded when the money inside the account is not even up to transfer limit. Please do something about it

You need to upgrade. The app poor. Hard to open, blaming network. But others open using the same network. Work on this problem n other things related. I uninstalled it n reinstalling back to see if that would help.

I am finding it difficult to open a new account via your app as it has refused to validate my BVN. I have tried it countless times and it's getting tiring. Before you ask,my network is working perfectly as I have been browsing and still browsing even at the point of writing this query.... Even till today,30th November 2021 still haven't gotten a reply for my querry neither have I been able to open an account...it's pathetic Sha..

The worst bank app ever, seem to forget my password, tried password rest after receiving rest pass from Jaiz, keeps telling me unable to connect, changed my Sim but still same and I have enough data on both Sims, and worst their ussd is very frustrating this days. Service Timeout always. I might close down my account if this issue persist

I have been having serious problem logging this application. From the very day I changed my mobile device, I cannot even access my account, talkless of making transaction, its either your profile is not registered for this device or your username already exists or copy and paste a message which after doing so, it will tell you unable to decode the message . Its most unfortunate.

It's a nice app but you need to update it. The history option is not good enough. A person should be able to see his full transactions as it is on other apps, this will enable you to see the transaction details anytime. Please make it better

The only problem I have with this app is that I can't simply request my statement of account from the app. Why is it a mobile app when it can't serve this purpose? If I need to get my statement of account online, then I need to write to the bank, then need to fill some forms again? That's too stressful. Please look into this. The app is superb though. Keep it up

This app need upgrade as soon as possible. Focus on the History Area. It only show last 5 transactions and you can never see others unless you are getting SMS ALERT. I gave 5 star because I want to see this improvement as soon as possible. Many Thanks.

Very difficult to complete registration for two days now, stuck at upload signature...very annoying... And the camera to snap is not working...when uploading a signed signature less than 1mb as stipulated it doesn't upload

Already registered and login successfully initially, when trying to login again, it's saying this profile is not registered on this device, what does that mean? And when i tried somtn different, the will say invalid password, and my correct login saying not registered on this... this problem has been disturbing many and yet, we are still at the same place, and you are not even responding to the rating ppl are giving, talkless pf correcting the problem.

Very nice app am enjoying using this app as am doing all my transactions on it without going to bank. It save my time, energy and also less my spendings in the aspect of transportation to and from bank. But please let the balance be hidden untill I click on it not immediately I open the app. Thank you.

I don't understand this application I find it difficult to login "Your profile is currently not activated on this device, please use the activate device menu on the login page" this what it keeps telling me how do I go about this

You suppose to be given five stars for easy use of your app. But what the difficulty I experienced is how your eNaira work. Since I linked my eNaira wallet to your bank it never opened. It always shows me "unable to retrieve your wallet info access your wallet" . Please help me to access my eNaira wallet. Thank you
