To be honest, I regreted updating the App to this version, it does not display the balance, if someone make a transaction there is no evidence to show that the transaction was successful should in case the other party denied receiving the money. When you try to login, sometimes it will deny the correct details you have supplied and the App will just close. Please fix it, but in the interim is there a way I can revert back to the old version. Thanks.

i just downlaoded the app and after registering i cant acces the app it keeps saying incorrect number or password and i know the imputed information is correct. I've been trying to change my password on the thought that it might be wrong(which it isn't) but everytime i click on thr proceed button the app stops working and closes itself. i need to transfer immediately and the app is misbehaving FIX IT! please.

I have had terrible experience with this app, I keep installing and uninstalling, and changing passwords that it won't send to my registered email address, I have been to the bank several times still this things keep happening, your atm card nko, always declining with pos. God knows have tried I can't be experiencing this much difficulty on my hard earned money. Let me shift to another bank.

it's good application, but the problem is there is no option to view your transaction history for the past 6 months which is an issue that needs to be rectify. other 🏦 are not like that you can check your previous months transaction, please update yours to ease our hardship of going to the bank to check for account statement for previous months, thanks and God bless you.

Wouldn't give a single star if I had the option. I registered, and yet can't even get past the sign-in page, I keep receiving an 'Invalid password or username' message. I did not make a mistake with the login details. You guys also don't seem to respond to the reviewers' comments and issues. Getting frustrated with this bank.

The services on this app are superb, however I would be happy if this app has an option for a digital receipt for every transaction carried out via the app, one more issue, I lost all my saved beneficiaries after switching phone, while that's not the case with other banks, fix that and its 5 star for Jaiz

To register is a Harculean task. If you succeeded in registering, to login with the user name and password created is another world class difficult task: the app will return "Invalid user name or password". When you make attempt to use the 'forget password' feature, the app will dutifully urge you to proceed and go ahead to close itself. That's my current experience with the app.

Very terrible experience using this app. The security of the app is really poor or I should say no 🔐 at all cuz anyone can just download this app and input your bank account number then able to sign up the app and make any transactions on the account. I think the app developer should work on the security of the app and let it have additional security before you can sign up for this otherwise no one will be safe to use the bank at all. I'm giving you a 1 🌟 review until you make the changes

Its manageable, i haven't had anh issues with the app yet but i must say it needs some upgrade,like finger print,ability to save to ur phone,ability to request for debit/credit card, self service in case of transfer error etc.Thank u developer for the initiative but i think more needs to be done

Jaiz bank you are always behind in everything. Your last app was useless. Does not give proper mini statement and does not update balance after transaction without relogin. This is worse. This is sluggish and now I can't even view my balance even after repeatedly resync. Haba haba. Sometimes can't even login.

Nice App. The major issue I have with this APP is, it doesn't display every transaction you do on the APP platform. The mini statement does not even carry enough details, like recipients transaction details and phone number credited with airtime. I use an Access Bank Mobile Bank for my alternate bank transaction and U just don't need to go to bank for any inquiry. Everything is on their APP. Try to make amends with all these points and your mobile bank APP will be better and more accommodating.

I had the app on my Infinix note 4 before and then i changed my phone and the problem started, i can't log into my account and fresh registration keeps hanging and the app keeps shutting down. Horrible experience, I'm still unable ti access my account and i can't even register.

I have been using this app for the past year. My experience with it has been good. But presently i cant sign in again. I have contacted customer service but to no avail. Please help. Due to lockdown i cant go to my brach yo renew my debit card.

Very good achievement, but i have the app but not using it because of entering password is very difficult. I don't now how can i enter the password you have to work on it, in order to get more customers thanks

Initially I thought the problem was from my phone but then I saw other people with the same complain, I used more than 30mins just to register, after typing a digit I have to wait for some seconds before it appears on the app. it's way too slow.

This is easily one of the worst banking app I have seen. User Interface is very poor, adding beneficiary crashes the app. Even the service offering withing the app is below par. You guys need to totally redesign the app seriously.

I thought am the only one having such problem, immediately I log in the will log me out for more than a week now. Pls try and profer a lasting solution this issue. Secondly for more than a year I can't add account details to my beneficiary list, it will still log me out telling me that JAIZ mobile app have stop. Please rectify this problems before it becomes too late

I am not able to use this app even after updating, it just keeps bouncing back, JAIZ bank really needs to work on your application, make it user friendly, employ capable guru to work on this app and make it work. As much as we love to transact with the bank, their awful customer services makes it all tiring. Please man up and make your bank user friendly. This snail progress does not meet the yearnings of Nigerian youths

It is very inefficient. It keeps telling you that there is technical error. Many a times it makes you transfer funds more than once because it wont give the right response.

If i had known i will be have different issues on this app, i wouldnt have updated it. I keep getting invalid username/ password. I changed the password but still getting the same thing. I was able to change the password and why the hell do i keep getting the same error message......and i would advice finger print log on as well including the manual......i really need to use the app and i dont have an atm....i dont need an atm....please help

This is a very good application as it has been very useful. However,the Engineers SHOULD work on displaying more details about each transaction when transaction statement is requested for because only d amount in figures are displayed without any narration as to the sources of the figures

The app couldn't update the previous one, showing the app "didn't install" I did it up to almost 10 times, but it wasn't succeeded to install it on Gionee S plus smart phone.

Excellent application very simple and easy to use, more reliable and secured. Believe me you will like the Bank when you start using the application.

Please I have been trying to register on this Mobile App, And it keeps saying that I "the password has to be atleaset 8characters, with lower and upper case, a number and a special character .i tried soo many times but still the same thing. What's going on please? 🙄

Okay this is ridiculous, I installed the app and i cant even go in there. When i want to sign in, it says UNFORTUNATELY APP HAS STOPPED WORKING. please dont tell me to send a screenshot, cos that is exactly, precisely my error message. I even uninstalled and reinstalled...same

Well, this app definitely ease a lot of banking hall difficulties especially in terms of transfer and buying online stuff. E.g buying PHCN credit in the night when their shops are closed.

Can't seem to log in or any other thing. It's just a photograph in my phone. Ussd code does not work for me either. I went to the bank and was told nothing is wrong with my account. Can't transfer, can't withdraw unless I go to the bank. It's tiresome, please, fix it.
