Generally good app but don't buy it if you need family access, it doesn't support it and customer support doesn't care. Gets worse over time. Every few months it resets favorites. Doesn't show you the option in valid cases, e. g. when you have 9 minutes to bus and it hides the result, you need to pull list down to show still valid option. It's slow, unresponsive on a powerful h/w, the UI is badly designed.
Could be the future, but still too clumsy. Loading very slow for me. Apparently tries to force Google login on me over email. Wants me to put in the exact bus stops (instead of finding it itself according to my destination) but I don't know or care and it rarely matters for the ticket. Asks phone number only at ticket purchase, instead of warning before that I would need it. only accepts polish number. Pasting a number it doesn't reccognize the country code, editing clumsy.
I keep getting an error message in the the phase "start of payment" during checkout. The error message "Something went wrong, try again later" with a sad smiley face and "close" button. I paid through wallet after refilling it. First time i am suing this app. What should i do now ? Not taking bus until you fix the bug? I have screenshots
Very bad organization. When schedule of transports is changing, it doesn't change in app. It means, when your tram was changed schedule of arrival, in your app will be displayed previous schedule and you will be late.
Would not survive highschool without this. Ads are so rare you can forget about them. Pretty accurate although if ur checking trains I suggest an app specifically for that. It's just better that way.
App is great. It finds optimal routes and works in all big cities. . . But when you don't have premium it periodically asks whether you want to buy it and the decline button reads "ads are ok". For this insult I can only rate 1.
Very useful app, but has issues with performance/responsiveness compared for example to Google Maps. Second frustrating thing is It stops showing my current position when I reopen the app and select my connection. It works correctly until I close the app.
Very useful app but there is a mojor issue. Would be amazing if I could set range of how much I'm willing to walk. For example I want to go to point A but it's sunday night and there are no busses going there, but point B is a 2 kilometer walk away from there and there is a bus going there. As the app is now I have to check for every possible point B which takes time and is really stressful in prospect of being unable to go home for the night. tldr: humans can walk, app should acknowledge that
Would like to give this app a try but map doesn't load at all, have to use web version instead Upd: it started working after some time, ads are a bit annoying but other than that it's a great app
It's a good app to use and conveniently roam around the city for a new comer. But I'm not sure why I don't see much options of faster and more convenient buses on the same route.
Nice app, superb for traveling in poland. It would be even better if notification when approaching station was added. In recent times lags extremely sometimes.
It was all good until their transaction system had failure... Money has been charged; but no ticket, no refund.. of course, no response from support.. time to find another.
I like the app a lot, but 2 things are missing for me - 1. Reporting the delayed or at least not appeared bus which happens quite often. 2. A possibility of buying a monthly ticket (with KKM). And...maybe the 3rd thing - if possible a dark mode), not sure if it may work in this app though. Still, a great app, very useful
As a member of the big family I'd like to ask for returning the feature to buy multiple tickets with one click. Buying them one after another is difficult.
There is little to criticise about this app. It helps me navigate around all the main cities in Poland with ease and without it getting around would be very difficult as a non-Polish speaker. Every year more cities add live data feeds for real-time arrival/departure times and the ability for in-app ticket purchase. The QR validation in Warszawa works well but needs longer timeout. Also, better support for disruptions/works is needed, e.g. current works in Łódź. Highly recommended!
I have seen moedium-rate reviews below, they were concerning buying tickets. Well, I don't buy tickets here, I do use this app just for checking routes and timings. And for that it is great, they update tram routes in event of a construction work and other events, which lifesaving at times. Really helpful overall, helps someone like me, who can't remember what tram am I supposed to get into.
Timedout time ~2min is unbelievably long delay. In 2 minutes the door will be closed; tram or bus will start moving and u will get fine for no reason; just because the app did not recognise the QR code. Do not get why u stopped sending email confirmation either. Since the last update QR codes are not recognised by app, what is the point of having tickets if you cannot validate them.
App is trash. It's very slow, doesn't show the map sufficiently well on a phone and doesn't show accurate departure times. Basically, it's a really bad citymapper.
App version: 4.15.2 There is no button to search route. Only ad is displayed. There is no fill in fieldfor to report the bug, just a prompt to write and thank you pop up. It used to be a good app. Now its just an ad display
It was good until i realized lot of schedules are not really compatible with the real ones. Buses- works fine but trains?! Nothing almost as they work at all which is the worst. I hope it will be fixed soon bc life w this app is so much easier
Great customer support. I am sure they will fix the bugs to charge the credit soon.
I love the app, it's a must have in Kraków. The only thing that i would like to be implemented is a Ukrainian/Russian language for refugees
Why, oh why minimum transfer time is put in some kind of shame pit in options, deemed less useful setting than "low floor only" for some reason?
Installed it mainly for bus stops widget. However they are not sorted correctly by departure time. If there are more buses from single stop time is shattered and some entries are duplicated, like: "1 min bus A, 5 min bus A, 10 min bus A, 2 min bus B, 1 min bus A (again), 8 min bus B, ...". Which makes those widgets barely usable.
Used to be great. Not always up-to-date, but useful (mind missing inter-city trains and buses), you don't have to arrange local tickets. Problem is obligatory vallet - need to feed it ahead with amount of their choice. This is really time consuming, especially if you're rushing for tube, and need to present ticket ahead. And the second slow-down-to-miss-train thing is regulation changes - acceptance need app restart. Why? Looking for less commercial alternative...
The new layout is absolutely terrible! Can't get to the profile settings if any addresses were entered because the cogs icon changes into the Back button. Can't see the map when typing addresses because it's covered with huge ad! If you're not 100% certain of a street name but know the general area of the city you need to get to, you won't be able to check until you open a particular route. Ads got bigger everywhere, so ine the Schedules view I can only see 3 saved stops now. Horrible update!
They used to be good but for awhile now they do not keep up to date, so we had to wait over 20 minutes at night, in cold, for a train. Also, they tend to show you one possible connection, while you know there are more trains/buses on that rout which would take you to desiered destination. Also why not showing when bus/tram is too early? In covid times I often miss my connections because of that, but i don't think I've ever seen this kind of info in the app.
quite useful app. aren't aware of anything better in Warsaw (works better than google maps in this city) but still isn't cityMapper quality. major bug recently: if you switch between the apps or lock your screen for too long it freezes and requires a restart. please fix. otherwise its super useful. i like how you can personalize it - fast/optimal etc.
Very good app, no video ads, and the photo ads that appear are very rare (about once a month). The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you can't really rely on the times the bus is supposed to arrive at. For example, don't walk to the next bus stop even if the bus is supposed to arrive in 30 minutes, because I've done this about 3 times already and saw my bus come just 2 mins later (I was too far from the bus stop to get on, but you could see it from about 600 meters away).
