Quick and and easy to navigate, but what's the point of having an app where you can't save and store your boarding pass info? There's no option to save your flight and boarding pass info. You have to type it in everytime you open the app. Very bad user experience.

very very slow. like slow slow. taking for ever stuff to load with full bandwith of data mobile or wifi available. does not save your credentials and they need punch in all the time new when starting app. very confusing menu. any other airline app much faster. very bad if you are on the roll an moving fast.

The most useless airline app I've ever encountered. Doesn't save your reservations. You must enter name, date of travel, flight#, confirmation# each time you open the app. Useless. I'm clearly not alone rating of 1.9 versus 3.7 for ANA app which Japanese airline gets it? I have never seen so many one star ratings for an app. JAL should be ashamed!

lacks features. you can pretty much check flights out if you remembered your flight information type that in there and check in. no easy check in, flight booking external links and it doesn't memorize your flight itinerary which would be very useful for those of us with multiple connecting.

Terrible App, can't change departure location for one way tickets. Links dont load. Cant select certain fields. Tried to use their main website, even worse but I won't comment here since this is about their App. Since Japan is on the forefront of AI and Robotics technology maybe can get robots to rebuild the app, because the humans who built it obviously have no clue what they are doing.

cannot get ANY Pin or Password accepted in "proper" format. One or the other and 2 times both not in "proper" format. After all the pins and passwords I've created in 35+ years from desktop, tablet, phone, work related and personal use you'd think I know!!!!!!!!!!

Quite possibly the worst app in existence. Very poor for a reputable global company. Website is just as bad and call wait times are terrible, be sure you have an hour wait time available. Marketing, IT and C/S needs major overhaul and reorganization from the outside looking in. Please improve.

Just links to the website. JAL has a Japanese app that works well, but that is Japanese only. If you can't understand Japanese, you have to just use their website.

Is this call apps, when all touches from screen send you to website? I would be better to go to website instead. Also when can we check our mileage clock on the apps. Pls look at how other airline created their apps.

Shame for JAL. Worst flight app I've ever seen. Everything needs loading. Complicated login page. Unfriendly organization of functions and not to mention there is NO MILEAGE FUNCTION - can't believe this is even called an app.

All it does is opening links in an external web browser. You literally can't get anything done in the app.

The worst airline app I have ever encountered. Impossibly complicated Login, no flight update unless you purchased the tickets directly from JAL, no email or text warnings for flight delay, totally useless.

Can't book flights, dead links, server issues, extremely slow. A joke of an app.

A seriously bad app. It just takes you to the website. This is supposed to be one of the best airlines for traveling to Japan. I'm shocked it's so bad.

Laughable. From a reputed Japanese Airlines company... an app which just links and opens up your browser to continue booking. Can't believe Japanese Airlines has such app.

Just a collection of links to the mobile website. Doesn't even allow you to log in with your JMB number.

Cant choose origin flight. Flight is fixed to originate from PH. That means I cannot book a flight for a relative that is in the US going to MNL.

Shameful. The CIO of JAL ought to be fired for allowing such a useless app. For goodness sake, get some professional developers to build a more useful app for your customers to manage their flights.

Couldnt select Japan as country of origin to book flights. Absolutely useless.

Terrible. The app is really just a collection of shortcuts to the web site. JAL has oneworld partners with excellent apps -- BA, for example -- and could have just rebranded one of their's. Instead, they provide customers with this embarrassment.
