In as much as I love this app, I've not been able to access my "check inbox" , "topic by topic videos" and "past question videos"...it just keeps loading for a very long time when ever I press any of those three options,so I always have to close the app and launch it again whichs really sad. I hope I get a reply on how to fix the problem soon, thank you.
This app use to be the best but lately,it's becoming frustrating. Each time I take the utme exam,it automatically return me back to the beginning even when I haven't used up my 2 hours. This has been happening for quit sometime now and it's no longer funny at all. Please fix the problem cause its real discouraging practicing with the app.
It was good from the start but naw, it's really desappointing how one would change ones phone or log out of the app and logge back in but the account will not be activated anymore neither can i reuse my activation code cus it will tell me activation code already used. I have been sending and i'm still sending numerious emails and messages on whasapp but they keep saying one thing or the other. In my own opinion the only solution to this is to resend an activation code. Thank you
This app has some lags. Some answers to some questions are incorrect. I activated my account on the app app but had to delete the app for some reason. When I logged in into my account again, it was not activated. I tried using my activation code but it said "activation code already used". I would be glad if this error is corrected, once an account is already activated, it should stay so.
This app annoys me, nothing is working. The jamb practice does not bring the subject options and tapping on study past question crashes the whole app. The inbox just keeps on loading and I have activated the app. It's annoying.
I have updated it and still have not been able to access the 'Check inbox' menu, the topic by topic questions, video lessons etc. They just keep on loading for a very long time and never open.
The app is good and helpful, but it's very annoying when you start an exam of two hrs and when going through the corrections and the exam just ends when you go to check the correction of the next question and you can't access the correct again. And some of the answers aren't correct.
I'm starting to dislike this application, I would have dedicated 2 hours to take and exam and just as I'm about to finish it, the application will quit the exam like I've not started at all. It's very annoying. Now, I'm always unhappy to take tests because the application will quit the and not show the result.😢 The display is also old school and looks too full for an educational application. 🤨
It's an okay app, but it claims you can operate without data connection but you have to turn on your data connection for almost everything. It's really annoying but other than that, it seems to be a good learning app
Everytime I do a test (usually the 35mins practice test) and I skip a subject (like to skip English to do the physics part) then I go back to English again The test just ends and starts from the beginning again and my progress is lost and it is very frustrating The developers should fix this issue soon🙏
The app is quite nice, yes I agree but of recent, I have been noticing some glitches. If I start a quiz, the quiz just goes blank after some time and takes me back to the start page, so I have to do another set of questions. I have noticed this for some time now.
It's the best academic app I've seen. It's complete and flexible. Anybody can use it, and it's always ahead in terms of information. I could have rated it 7 stars or more if such existed.
I installed the app both on my phone and laptop and i paid 1000 naira for each which amounts to 2000 naira but the laptop version has better features that of the phone. The phone version didn't summarize each chapter of the jamb novel it only stated about tge book but the laptop did. I'm stating this so you would fix it for those using phone version. Also the phone version don't have add bookmark and performance analysis.
I loved the app till it started cancelling my exams. Like when I've gotten half way through, it just goes back to the part I clicked start exam. I still have about 1.68gb on my phone storage and 9.58gb on my SD card so it can't be space. Please fix this quick.
I love this app. Even when I mistakenly logged out of my activated device, when I logged back in, everything was perfectly fine. I especially love the real time scholarship info and the CBT. All very educative, tho it took some time b4 the past questions were updated.
This app is so good If I may say I would like that there would be a mode in which users will select some topics and then answer the questions randomly as they appear on the screen without following any order and like one minute per question. It will aid in making the users fast Also kudos and keep the good work...🇳🇬🇳🇬
This is a very good app. I loves the features and updates on school news. But I think video lessons on other subjects should be included , not just maths and English
An excellent app. But my only problem is the exam practice mode, when you practice, after sometime the whole thing just goes blank and restarts all over. Pls make necessary corrections to this problem.
It's a very good app but each time Im doing an exam here, when I haven't used up my 2 hours. It keeps redirecting me back to start an exam and it's very frustrating. I have written exam more than 5 times without seeing my score
I was practicing using the Jamb Simulator, with 30 mins left, the app automatically restarts to the section where I selected the subject combination. This is the 2md time it's happening. Please fix up.
This app has been great but since the last update, it keeps going back (not saving my progress) while I'm using the jamb simulator, the description said I don't need data after I activate the app, which I've done.
Please make it possible to Select some questions and export them as PDF or word for printing as school termly exams.This is the only reason why I downloaded the app.I promise to give 5 stars... Function to enter details of who is using the app (name phone number etc) for exam or text should be possible and these should also be in the history along with the score which can be printed. Please kindly consider... Thanks
Good to know there's an App like this. Keep up the good work. I would have loved an option to print out the questions, so the app can still be handy in hard copy when am not available for my son to make use of my phone in studying with the app. Thanks.
It's bad honestly. I regret buying an activation code I just wasted my money. If I chose to switch to another subject after English language it takes me back. All effort is lost to check your speed and also to know the questions you have failed. it's poor
Last update was really unstable. I even had to downgrade to a lower version just to take cbt tests. I just received a notification that a new update has been released and I must say, you guys did an awesome job here. This update is really good. The review option for cbt tests is just amazing. Thank you myschool ❤️
It has been awesome, I mean having a lot of academic contents compressed in an app is really wonderful. My school app comes in really handy, it's very affordable almost free.
So I downloaded the new version of this app and now I can't look at the diagram in the question the underlined words are not underlined .The new update is really annoying please fix it.
This app is nice but honesty it so annoying 😩 after paying the sum of 1000 I have been excepting the activation pin since last week but still I have not seen anything and I tried to send my details on WhatsApp and it shows they are online and not receiving any reply I also try to send it to their Gmail I've not received anything pls 🙏 you have to find solutions to this it really annoying
Fix the bug!!! Ever since i updated to the newest version, i keep getting redirected back to the home page during exam mode. For example, I'm already answering questions in the exam mode then all of a sudden it just takes me back to the page for selection of subjects. And it's not like the exam submitted on its own, i can't find anything in the exam history. This is very annoying and jamb is in less than 2 weeks🤦🤦
