Lots of bugs and problems. Doesn't contain all of the smoothies on the menu. Often can't select sizes. The system doesn't provide accurate instructions to the store. For instance, I often order a PB+ Banana Protein (Whey) smoothie. It only allows you to order small. Then, it tells the store to not put any whey in it. It doesn't give you any options to fix this, or add any special instructions to the store. Very frustrating.
It was really odd that I couldn't pay using the app at the store. Starbucks, McDonald's, and others allow that, so it caught me by surprise when the barcode scan is only good for rewards and not payment. It was also frustrating that I kept getting an error when I attempted to order with the app. It reported a communication issue. I eventually figured out that the store I had selected was not accepting online orders for some reason. That was not visible until I tried changing stores.
They want to add 35 cents to each order - even though it's pick-up - to pay for their app and website. I didn't order through the app. I walked in, and because I downloaded the app, I got 50% off my smoothie. That's why I didn't rate the app a 1. I don't know of any other restaurant that charges an app service fee - lame!
Doesn't let you order a large anymore. Not sure what happened. I always order a large, which you have to manually select since medium is the default size. When I try to add it to cart, I get "Error: make a selection for large." As if that make any sense whatsoever.
i order the same two items on the app 3x's a week. the app allows me to "favorite" my items so it's easy to reorder in the future. checkout is fast on the app. except when i go to pick up my items in the store, it is never ready. even when i set a pick up time and pay ahead, they still dont have it ready. they wait until im there to blend my smoothie and warm my pretzel. i want to get it and go but nope. other than that i love Jamba Juice in Corpus Christi, Tx and the app.
no issues, pretty quick and snappy. easy to navigate and gets the job done. 4 star only cause I don't like the layout if the homescreen. adds one more step before I can get into my order.
Your app won't allow users to paste their password into the app when attempting to login. This counter intuitive feature even prevents password managers from entering a complex secure password. This counter intuitive feature encourages users to use insecure passwords so that it's humanly possible to login. WHYYYY!!??
App works well, but they love to show you all these discounts, and then the app doesn't let you apply a single discount to your purchase, even if you know for sure your order qualifies. The app always has $3 discounts that it NEVER lets me apply to my order. Its incredibly frustrating, you might as well not use this thing. Should report this kind of behavior to the BBB
Works well and have had no issues with actually placing orders, but the company seems fully incapable of updating menu items correctly. There have been numerous times that I have placed an order, got to the site and was told some of the smoothies I ordered are out of season so they hadn't even started on my order.
Literally anytime I go to the store in Lakewood, this app never works to capture my code, nor does entering the receipt they give me. I probably should have 10 bucks in rewards by now. It was better when I could just give a phone number. Also, why can't I change the size of my drink and why doesn't it display the full menu.
Use this app at least once a week because there's a Jamba Juice right by my work so I like to order for my lunch break. I love that you get a $3 off discount for every $30 you spend. It makes a big difference for regular users like me and it is fun when you see it there ready to be redeemed when you are ordering. I also like that you can substitute basically any ingredient for ANY other ingredient! It really gives you the ultimate control when ordering. Now if only it was cheaper! 😁
Very disappointed with the new app. I have tried multiple times to uninstall/reinstall with no avail. I really enjoyed the app before the update and have not been able to order with this new version. Hope bugs will be fixed soon.
It's convenient that you can order food for either pick up or for delivery through this app. But if you order delivery and an item is missing, there is no way to resolve it in the app or in any way without physically going to the store yourself.
Love Jamba. I wish the consistency of smooties was the same every time, but it's good enough to keep coming back. My one complaint is there us no free ice water selection. Please allow an option for free water.
I love Jamba Juice and I love the Jamba Juice app! Super easy to use, plus it's even easier and more convenient to mot only see what rewards you have accumulated but, to use those rewards when you're ready to do so! Absolutely my favorite place, CHEEHOOOOO!
Why can't I just order at the store and scan a QR / bar code for payment? Starbucks does this and it's really simple. Can't add CC unless you place order, so your first order is "let me fiddle with UI to add CC when I should of done so beforehand". On Android 12 can't use the password manager to save and suggest strong passwords.
Can't order a large for anything? I get an error when adding a large smoothie to my order 'make a selection for large'. Other than that I haven't had an issue, just odd I can't do that.
Easy to order, find food, and most importantly apply coupons! I don't like reviewing but I'll make an exception for an exceptional app.
It was all good until today it was saying $0 and only giving me $0.37. Then it says error so i tried exiting the app and going back and it still says the same. I don't what's going on with the app but it really needs to be fixed.
This app is so easy to use and allows for so much customization. I love that I can input my dairy intolerance and it automatically flags all the dairy options so I am reminded to substitute!
The check out user experience was so buggy. Downloaded for t mobile redeemable coupon tried 2 separate occassions to use and both times they didn't work. The coupon worked all the way up until the payment processing then removed the $3 coupon. I go into the store and explain the situation and they completely didn't care. Terrible UX and customer experience. I'm taking my business else where.
App is fairly intuitive, though I wish it were as simple as the menu and you could just search your product and it would pop up. I don't like that it has suggested items. I also don't like that you can't write the things you want. I like my chunky bowl with extra PB MIXED in, not on top. The always drizzle on top. So gross!!! I am lucky if I call the store in time and someone answers to fix it before my order is picked up.... small things like this in an app matter!
