Hi. I am not able to purchase airtime yet I have a balance in my account. Kindly advise.
The app has good potential but it needs more work. Their are undeveloped options in the mobiticket . I've also noticed that when the fair in a matatu is set at 50 shillings, for some reason my payment shows up as 53/= shillings in the app contrary to the set amount and what I receive in my sms! What is that about??!
I loaded my e wallet to buy airtime for my other phone and unfortunately I can't buy the airtime because the app tells me that I have a low balance. This is not the first time that this problem is being reported
Really sorted out. Had some money lying on the ncc wallet and I did not know how else I could use it since I was not paying for the business permit due to closure of the business. Awesome app
They do share your information. Please be careful when giving your information to jambo pay

I agree with naima. This is sorry for an app. First I couldnt buy airtime or pay any bills for that matter,now I cannot even login. App keeps saying unfortanely jambopay has stopped. So annoying! I keep being asked for information which I give and the issue still remains.

How do you fund your wallet via card? I do not see that option on the app. Only via mpesa ,agent & airtel money.
I only use to pay KASNEB na buy airtime, which is very fast. 5 stars if they add an option to see my transactions and balance.
