Very very frastrating app so far.can't open. For older version not for Android version 8.1
despite going to jamii to complain and was told to use my id to open the app its still telling me to contact jamii if my key is not working

This app does not open, just like others by the same developer. It is even worse since am a member of that SACCO.
I just updated this app from my Sacco but it's very frustrating. Can't allow me pay my utilities eg kplc etc. Error insufficient funds. Then gives you some numbers which are out of service only one which runs unanswered.

Very poorly done. Your developers didn't take time to customize it for your needs. It still have I & M logos in it.
