Stupid app, just boring, doesn’t Work

I purchase 1,869 taka from Ectasy showroom in Jamuna. when I try to use my token for gift it's showing insufficient amount. Bu minimum amount should be 1000 I purchased more than it. I tried get help from them they didn’t response properly. They give me a number. I call several time no one pick the phone. and didn’t call back.
