The app was very effective before update. After update the app showed message "SIM binding failure". Which is really a disgusting thing. If it is continue functioning like this then there is no need to install and use the app.
Very Worst app after updating.when i updated this app today. Now app is not working. When i clicked processed its showing "SIM Binding Failed Please restart the Process or contact the Bank Administrator". I have an unlimited plan also massage are sending from msg section but same problem. 5 times install and uninstalled but always showing same error. Very bad application development team.
After the update, the app still does not work with the msg "SIM binding failure". Uninstalled the app and installed again as told by Jana bank, but the problem still remains. I haven't seen such problem with any other bank's mobile app yet. This is too much! Why are you not able to resolve this problem for so long? If this problem continues, I will close my account with Jana bank and move to other banks.
I don't know why does it required to registered again after got the new update. When any applications get an update, further registration does not required for other banking apps. Now days normal SMS is not available below Rs 200 across all Telecom operators plan. But in order to register again this application sent an SMS which is not possible. Team get this rectified. The earlier option was good. Used to register through an OTP. Please bring this up. Otherwise planning to close my account!
SIM binding failure it's showing couldn't use this app. Not user friendly. There is a issue with this app. Tried all the way it's possible from SIM network customer to Jana bank customer. Finally not able to use this app.
Useless App am having current account in this bank and suffered lot. Not having much features now with the latest update I can't see the account balance screen always ot shows loan & deposit option screen...its a time to move with other bank.

Sim binding failed for both the sims....its same for couple of months without any update.. looks like poor management...Also i just noticed everyone facing same issue with 1 star and still bank isnt noticing it...i wounder what kind of top unprofessional management is running this bank .....they simply dont care about reputation at all ..
The app was fine user friendly, but after the latest update with sim bidding process and sms it it not taking Reliance JIO registered number for the login, this is really very frustrating and the bank employee also don't know anything about it, I have uninstall app then reinstall it remove sim from slot 1 then again insert it but after all effort this is not working need to do some trf immediately now no open left to do so as not based at branch location
It would serve better if operation allowed from any smartphone device other than the RMN using several other methods of security check as well as OTP. Like other bank app.
Worst app.. common options and features like loan part payment, new ATM card request and amortization sheet request are not in there in app. We can see our balance amount. No use.
Very slow app. Seriously you need to upgrade your app at the earliest. I have already complained many a times when I receive calls from your side.
Worst app, I try to transfer money, while entering MPIN keyboard disabled automatically. Is really developer try to solve customer issues.
This Bank UI is not good .. it is difficult to understand &. operate... THERE IS LOTS OF BANKING APPS THERE UI IS VERY EASY FOR USE .. KINDLY CHANGE THE UI HOPE U WILL FULFILL THE NEEDS OF CUSTOMER..
Worst experience with this bank as they focuses only on buisness. Not for customer satisfaction. Imps services are paid. For any kind of transction but even payment not get credited to the account on time.
This app is totally worst app. When I tried login so display sim binding issue. Totally time west app.
After the update the application is not working. I am getting " Sim binding failure" message. I uninstalled and reinstall application again but app is not working. Please fix this problem as far as possible.
Every update it required sms binding. And lost my balance because of this sms binding option and never get binded. Please look into this issue and rectify it.
I was facing problems in log in for last 3 days since they launched a new update. I called customer care they said there is technical glitch in the app. Yesterday they have given another new update. I download the update now the app is working smooth as befofe. Guys those facing problem can upadate the new one its working.
Before update good.. after update very very bad.. sim binding failed.. I try to so many ways first slot second slot single sim etc.. but same error customer care also not respons I have business account please tell how to close the account... Thank you for your service 🙏🙏
I opened the account 5 months back and the debit card charges were supposed to be returned as i had deposited the minimum amount required for that. It's been more than one and half month and multiple follow-up, still no resolution. Every time I call they just waste my half an hour transferring calls here and there and in the end says that the resolution is in progress. Really pathetic service. Update: Still unresolved even after 5 months. Case id - 03269193. Customer executive name - shahista .
Thanks it works efficiently now. For the past few days the app is behaving erratically and unable to transact. It continues to hang and no response. Please rectify
After updating to the latest version I am unable to login. After reinstalling also same error message coming as Sim not binding. If this will not get solve then I have to close my account with you.
Very bad service...I have open account and deposit money in the account and now neither I am able to transfer amount to others account nor I can do online payment. I have complain to customer care but getting no response.My money got stuck in the account.......for opening the account agent always call me but now they refuse to take call....very bad
They have worst banking policy, opens accounts with free debit card for the first year, but charges after few months. Customer service is pathetic and not capable to resolve issues.
Worst Banking process. Customer support very very irritating service. My current account internet banking services till now not activated. lot of times I complent . But till now not resolve. Please don't opening this bank accounts. Very worst service

After you last update the app has stopped working. I am unable to login. As soon as I click on "proceed", it shows a blank. Kindly resolve this immediately. There are many users who are unable to login
Pathetic App and Online portal! I wanted to transfer amount for an emergency need. But the App is not showing other bank beneficiary accounts in the transfer and favourite tabs. In the online net banking, Not able to select the debit account. Overall, i couldn't transfer from both the options. Your applications are not even able to facilitate basic banking facilities.
