Jane - Daily Boutique Shopping

I purchased two of the same items in February. Matching unicorn scarves for my daughter and her bestie for their birthdays. I opened her besties and it was perfect. Fast corward two months when we finally gave our daughter hers. It had a huge hole in it! I emailed about the defect, thinking we'd have an issue since it was purchased two months prior. Nope, asked for a picture and replaced the damaged one! Cusyomer service was amazing. Have bought several items from them. Just amazing 👏

I am very upset to see that bathing suits I've bought from Jane that I purchased for 45 bucks can be found on Shein for 11 dollars. I've checked many items tonight and alot of them are sold at Walmart and Shein. Just screenshot the item before buying and upload the photo to Google lens. It will show you the cheapest option for this item and I've found that most items are 10-15 dollars compared to Jane's 20-40 dollars. I FEEL ROBBED.

Had to open and close app several times to try to get my order to go through. It wouldn't let me check out. If I didn't want my slides so much I would of just stopped.

I love Jane so much. Everything I have purchased has been beautiful quality and sizeing is spot on. A size 12 is actually a size 12.

Love the variety of items, but do wish they were a bit more organized, and easier to find.

The clothes are actually good quality. I was really nervous about using Jane. My first order did not disappoint. Sooo glad my friend recommended this app 👌

Ok shopping App is Very expensive! Compared to exact cheaper items listed on Etsy and all China companies selling on Amazon w prime free shipping. Items shipped directly from China take forever to arrive, shipping cost is high and never arrives before major holidays like Valentine's, St. Patrick's, Easter, Halloween, Hanukkah or Christmas.

I love this app and love the items Jane carries! The only thing I don't prefer is that every item has a clock on it and once it runs out the item is no longer available. If you ever order the wrong size, you may be able to return it and be refunded, but you can't reorder in the correct size. I'm fine if a sale ends and I have to pay more for a certain item, or if a certain item sells out, but making it no longer available?? Be that as it is, I still love Jane and highly recommend their products!

Enjoyable experience. Easy to use. Good flow. One thing I like best is... it feels like you can scroll for days... ☺️ The main news feed area of app is full of amazing items. I've ordered several times and haven't had any problems. Delivery is always quick! Multiple vendors/sellers so you need to read descriptions and definitely the reviews. Sizing is going to be different from one seller to the next which is to be expected. You'll love it and have no regrets!

Absolutely love this app and it is a breeze contacting customer service and getting any problems you may have taken care of, super friendly and helpful. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone. Only downside in my opinion is that all the shipping is separate so everything you buy has $2-$4 shipping. Most things are cheaper than what you'd pay in the store so I don't mind though!

I love shopping on Jane however I wish it was free shipping. The shipping is a steep and you pay on each individual item even if it's from the same seller. It makes buying something undesirable when you see how much more it adds to the item to ship. You could just buy it from Amazon or another store for cheaper with free shipping.

I really like this app, the goods are very nice and are decently priced. Recently, lots of the stores on the site have gone to free shipping, which is competitive and great for me too. One issue is, the items are unique so be prepared to buy asap or chances are they'll be gone, especially sizes M-L, but I check back all the time. Also very cute earrings, necklaces, fun items..

Sad ...Really cute items, but if you are bigger than a size 10, look elsewhere. The app works GREAT, but nothing that fits me is ever available. :(

I love Jane! They have super cute clothes at awesome deals. Everything they sell usually has multiple colors which I love because I feel like I always find something I like in the wrong color. Plus their return policy is super awesome. I've gotten several things that I have absolutely loved and if I don't they take it money back guaranteed! It's super easy to use and they have great customer service. The only thing is you can't always just wait to see if you want to buy something. Deals go fast sometimes and sizes and colors sell out pretty quick so you have to be on the ball.

I love this app but here lately every time I click on something and then go back it starts me back over at the beginning. Very frustrating. So much so that I just close it out. Especially when you have been scrolling for a while then you click something you like, go back to scrolling and you get stated back at the beginning and have to start over instead of where you last were. Please fix

I like the simple layout of the app and how everything is bright and easy to find from page the page. 4 stars because there are no sub categories when search for items. For example, I can't just look at skirts. I can only look at Women's... take longer to find what Im looking for.

Easy to navigate, great options for work and play. The only thing I wish they could do is combine tax and s/h for your entire order, but I know they can't because you're ordering from several different shops located all over the country. That is not reason to keep me from ordering.

I've ordered lots of things on Jane! Not all products are created equal, so read the fine-print and other reviews. Definitely don't recommend buying any shoes (as they often don't offer free return for items that don't fit.) But there are great deals, and still lots of cute things!

Lots of cute things for fair prices. Sometimes you can find the same items elsewhere online cheaper so if you're on here for the deals make sure you do your research. Shipping sometimes takes a long time but thats due to each individual seller not the app. App always works for me. No glitches, resetting, etc.

I accidentally found it and within 10 minutes I bought a sweater for half what it would cost me in a store. If the quality is good or bad I will update my rating. It was very to check out.

Love all the treasures I find on Jane! Have never had a problem working with a seller on fixing or replacing a messed up order. With most items listed at a discount with free shipping you can't go wrong shopping with Jane!

Easy to use. Nice layout. Problem free! My daughter will love what I bought her!
