There is problem in attachment file and synchronization of complaints in application. Please fix it soon.

Need some improvement: 1. App keeps auto rotating while auto rotate is turned off. 2. Requests are getting resolved only in the portal not in reality. There is no option to reopen the ticket and get it escalated to higher authorities. Hope this makes sense!

Feedback feature doesn't let you submit your response and same goes for reminders. Since it never ever allows you to submit responses inspite of trying hundred times stating some error......it seems it's done on purpose to let the complaining party not be able to give feedback. Dissatisfied.

Sir , it is a helpful , and easy to approach GRIVANCE to the depth concern but there should be ,how and why a complaint generate again and again when dispose sample on portal of mine even sdm Dm Commissinor recommend without go deep

This is not perfect app. If I want to register complain against loudspeaker, there is no way to upload AUDIO clipping. Besides, the concerned authorities post their review or comment. The concerned authorities must be told to register their contact number if the problem persists.

Worst application... Nothing happens.. I have made an complaint on March it is half of the may already passed but no action has been taken yet... The Local Police didn't visit for any enquiry and updated as problem resolved. Full faltu app.. time pass app.. didn't happen anything.. if you have the money in your pocket then you have got some response..

App is fine but the government officials are so incompetent and unskilled that I do not expect my task to be properly done. Government's attempt to solve people's problems is greatly appreciated but as long as the current system isn't totally revamped, nothing is going to change.

If I don't want to share my contact list, I cannot sign up. I'll not use this app as you're forcing people to share their contacts. You're illegally collecting data from customers.

I didn't have any specific solution from this portal,Now my last few complain/suggestion has been disappeared from portal. It's not helping at all.

I'm not sure about apps facilities but I hope it's better. Reason many people told about this it's amazing app for any problem related Government Departments. If you come this platform so your wish completely done and problem solve within 24hr Now its my time I to go one complaint against wrong challan.

This CM complaint portal is not resolving any complaints. They are just doing formalities until it is not specific and having single point complaint. My all complaints data has been vanished because i have done alot of complaints but nothing was resolved.

Old Complaint not displaying, now again the same problem which has been observed ~2 years back now my old complaints not displaying showing no complaints registered.

This app is really very useful but need to be more user friendly and devrsify each and every field which is related with the comman man

App is good, but it should have option to attach any document or more than one documents after registration of grievance so that officials have more in-depth of the issue and resolve it conclusively for the satisfaction of the grieved citizens.

This app is very helpful, I have raise complaint against owner for not returning Security amount, The police personnel was not even listening before, but after that they have resolved my complaint in 1-2 days, sad thing is they wrote on legal documents, matter has been already resolved and my alligation were found false. Still Thanks for the the app and UP government for a great service.

Unable to sign up, it always says "there may be some problem, please try again" If, I am not able to sign up how can I expect solution of my problem? But what we can expect from a Gov. App 🤐🤐

This application is very amazing because if you have any problem like you want a registered any complaint of any one you can do very easily.

This app is almost useless. Even poor feedback is given, senior officer mark the complaint as resolved without reading the feedback.

This app is very disturbing as its new version is not working on my phone and a dialog box is appearing saying that this app is stopped and also in the previous version its saying that internet connection is not good since a month or two. Kindly fix this.

I am unable to see anything on the app from the past 3-4 days. None of the complaints which i made and are still pending are showing in the app. It just keep processing and then a message comes that " some network issue please try after some time" and it is happening from the past 3-4 days.

A proper implementation of digital India can be seen through this app. First time, the state government has taken any step by launching this app, in favor of its local people that provides immediate resolution to their problems/issues. A very very helpful app for the people of UP. The only thing which is needed to be improved is the language preference as English is everywhere now a days so the app must be set to bilingual.
