“PORO – Japanese vocabulary” is an application with very interesting method: select correct picture demonstrated the word in limited time. Japanese learners can be acquaintance with new vocabulary and remember spelling and pronunciation by choosing right images. I would have loved to rate it fully, however, as seems to be the issue with other users, I paid for the, admittedly unobtrusive, ads to not be there, even the bar near the top of the main screen is still there telling me to pay to get rid of ads. Otherwise, the app itself is fantastic.
Too many ads, but I liked the system. Purchased the ad free version (which said $2 but charged $4) and the ads were still there. Very unimpressed and left no trace of the payment on the google app store so I cant even get a refund.
It has some little bugs. When you got new better heart score, it's not updated before you reopen the app first and if time out when you choice the right answer, there is no sound in next question but it's okay. App is so good and the difficulity is pretty hard
I love the app and it makes it easier for me to remember the kanji's I'm learning. I understand about the ads so it doesn't bother me, I don't know why people kept saying its annoying. If it is annoying then why don't they just purchase the app? Anyways.... I really love it.
It's like Caoga Caoga, but without the option of studying the vocabulary set before testing; It's like LingoBrain Irish, but with less vocabulary and better audio.
It has a good idea, but the navigation requires more UX experience updates. This could be a 5 STAR app, if some feature were updated.
Its an okay app. While it might be useful for learning a bit, its missing Romaji and english versions of the words.

I can't open the app, it is saying intial data fail. Ever since the update of the app it isn't working anymore. My phone is redmi note 5 pro.

The amount of ads in this make it unbearable. There's at least an ad every 20 seconds.
Crashes constantly, paid for app and now app crashes before it opens all the way. Waiting on follow up or refund.
Pictures are incorrect in the "national flags" section. The Australian flag is clearly the New Zealand flag.

this is a great too for beginner vocab! a goid challenge with the timed quizes.

Too many ads. UI is pretty unimpressive looking. Functions fine though. Edit for response: Not worth it IMO. The unimpressive UI still deserves three stars IMO. And I don't like paying for something I'm already not impressed with. Second Edit for the reply: There is no mistake. I think this app deserves three stars. There's nothing impressive about it. It's OK at best. Add a feature that makes you stand out, improve the UI, or give a better reason to pay for it other than to avoid aggressive use of ads. Do any of those things and I'll consider giving more stars.
