I upgraded my phone to the Samsung Note 10+ and the app doesn't work. It says the app was built for an older version phone and to check for an update or contact the developer. Wth....what's the point in having an app if you can't use it.
Absolutely horrendous! I downloaded the app and it crashed every single time before it could even open. By far one of the worst apps I have ever downloaded. I couldn't use it a single time.
Oh My God. Please read this comment before proceeding. The app is Trash. I attempted to sign in about 7 times and for each of those i tried to reset my password but was tossed into a neverending loop of not being able to access and pay my bill. Once i finally got in it then asked me to sign in a second time, then it felt like i started all over again. Thankfully my fiance found the plethora of other negative reviews and saved me from wasting anymore time. Im going to go drink now.
App doesn't work. Seriously, the last update was in 2016. Ummmm.... things change and a lot has happened since then. Update and move with the times.
awful app always stops and freezes up. Unable to sign in because the app kept freezing up. Don't waste your time with this app.

They try and stop you from being able to pay your bill.. Terrible application, I would rate 0 if possible because 1 star is far too generous. Never shopping at Jared again.

App is awful, I need to log in everytime which isn't bad, but I need to get a text code Everytime even after I click remember this device. When I do log in I can't even make a payment, check my account, look at what's in my shopping bag, or my wishlist, can't fill out an application, and you can't find anything under "contact us" just save yourself the time and do it in the browser
