You'll continue to earn new Deli Dollars while we keep your existing Deli Dollars safe in our Deli Dollar vault. Your existing Deli Dollars will be carried over during our upcoming releases.

I was able to install and run the app on my android phone and log in with my Google credentials. Points are being added when I enter the info from my dining receipts... (3/24-25) tried to install the app onto my android tablet but the install process show the status icon spinning continuously with the status text showing pending. Hopefully this is just a temporary server error (I have done a device restart and cleaned extraneous data from my tablet, but those steps did not resolve the problem).

This app is terrible. Trying to add items to your checkout takes what feels like a full minute & at times it doesnt even add the item you want. I tried to place an order to avoid the line & spent so much time trying to get this app to accept my order it would have just been quicker if i had gone in person. All i kept getting was "we're sorry something went wrong" over & over. I do not recommend this app.

Worked ok for a few months but now it doesn't even open. Tried to Uninstall and reinstall but to no avail. Very shoddy system. Says there is no internet connection but I'm on wifi and every other app on my phone works fine.

Completely pointless app. I installed the app because I was sent an email telling me I'd lose my deli points. When I tried to sign in online it didn't work so I tried to change my password, which also didn't work. I thought the app would be easier but it's actually worse. There doesn't appear to be any way to reset your password within the app at all. What a waste of space. Uninstalling.

I received an email stating that I had to log in on my app by May 31 or loose my points . Since I stay signed in, this was strange. I signed out, thinking if I signed back in it would satisfy the problem. Now I have a bigger problem in that I cannot sign back in. I just get a "sign in foiled" message. So I will probably loose my points anyway if I can't sign in again.

What the heck is wrong with your app?! Uninstalled & reinstalled (already updated), spent 30 minutes trying g to place a $60 online order that would never finish loading to checkout. Finally left & went somewhere else.

I have not been able to log into the app since it was updated. It will not take my password even after resetting it multiple times. I use several restaurant reward apps and was looking forward to Jason's including dine-in points. But I have now given up on it.

It forced me to login to retain my points. Then it wouldn't recognize the reCaptcha. Then it forced me to reset my password. Total waste of time.

As someone who uses apps for multiple franchises, this is, by far, the worst app I've experienced. There's nothing wrong with my connections; the problem is with the app.

This is for the app and for my local store. I find the app easy to use. And it gives me plenty of ways to get my order how I want it. And the store does a good job of packaging pickup and delivery orders. And after you order a few times, it seems like they remember your preferences, even if you forget to put them on the order. They really do all they can to make you feel like a valued customer.

The app will not let me change my password. When I select the option to change my password I get the email select that link link it sends me to a menu option of which is ancient. It does. give me the option to change my password

Recent app update removed my existing Dining Dollars and gives a password error when trying to sign up for the new Rewards. *** Please fix. *** Please remove the "security" feature, so I can take a screen grab of my order to text it to my hubby for pick-up. This latest version also deleted all of my previous orders, so now I have to re-build each item's details. Thanks. 😊

Not easy to navigate. See vegan or gluten-free menu offers first. Chg to show regular menu first with proces. Also had special notes for my order (no aioli) but didnt see it appear when I went to submit and pay.

Excellent app! Consistently GREAT food! Love the South Louisiana flair... Especially the gumbo and muffalettas...! Only suggestion: hold the spice to a minimum in the gumbo... let customer spice it up it they like!

Was sent an email to make sure I log in so I don't lose my deli dollars. Got an error message saying my credentials were wrong (even though i know they aren't). Reset my password and I'm still getting the same error message.

This app doesn't work well it keeps doing repetitive emails and the links in the emails keeps taking you to placing a order and not for what you want like resetting a password. So it's not me others are having the same problem read the reviews.

New shop close to my house so I downloaded the app. but it doesn't work. I've uninstalled and reloaded it several times but it freezes up when I try to load my receipt # to get points. Last night I had the smallest sandwhich I have ever had fronm JD

Can't sign in. Always says log in failed. When I try to reset my password it takes me immediately to the order screen and it's for restaurants not even in my state. Deli Dollars seem cool but it looks like I'll never know. Also with the complaints going back years it's sad nothing has ever been done and reviews are ignored. Glad your soup is good because your IT or app writers are terrible.

"Kludge". That's the BEST and most polite term I can use for the app. When I first started using it, it worked fine, and was a real convenience. Now, not so much. The last three times I've tried to order, it either hasn't gone through at all, confirmed the order and extracted money, or after showing no balance for a paid order, dumps back to the screen demanding payment. I'm ready to delete the app. Two words: FIX IT!

Oof. I love getting delivery from here, but the app is a nightmare. Doesn't send out email notifications, so either you call the store to make sure they got it (defeating the purpose of the app, aka not having to call the store) or cross your fingers. Now it tries to charge double tip, and the managers have to go through every night and adjust them all to be current apparently. This app desperately needs fixing and upgrading.

Getting worse all the time. I usually stick with a routine order, but every time I go back, they've changed something and it's become asinine. It's bad enough that the store tends to overlook things on the order, but the last two updates have made it a hassle to even use. Even the Special Instructions barely give you the chance to type anything out. Fix the damn problems!

Dislike new updates. Had to uninstall and reinstall it for it to work. Installs with 2 icons appearing on my (andriod) phone. Did this twice and still have 2 icons. Search tool is missing or no longer available. The search tool was helpful when placing large orders. Also, another huge disappointment was my missing Deli points, as I had accumulated a lot. Some menu items are missing as well. For example the Tuna Melt was missing. Had to create it in the build your own feature which is frustrating

I'm rating one star because there's no way for me to see my order once it's been placed. I can see the amount of deli dollars I've earned and order number. Though what's on the order is not available anymore. I also am unable to find my Favorites. Please add a place for tipping. Otherwise I love Jason's Deli & app makes it much faster to order. Having favorites would make it even faster, I wouldn't have to look for items or make adjustments. I'll adjust rating when fixed.

Absolutely terrible since the update. Unable to login since was updated and can't reset password. The function simply doesn't exist. I have to order as a guest
