Poor internet data connection since one month. Reminded me of 2000s Also no way of recharging your package if you have run out of data. Should have connection to at least their own website 24/7 so that ppl can buy recharge. I know you guys have mentioned that I can use the jawwy app on sim without package, but no. It has never worked for me. Let me IT for you guys. 1 gb or 500 mb daily expire pack with access to jawwy server should be assigned to all sims irrespective of group link.

The moment you run out of your jawwy subscription it bombards you with verification codes and notifications but when you finally want to reactivate your subscription it refuses to send you a new code to verify your phone number. Very problematic for someone who receives their paycheck on infrequent basis every month.

Worst app and worst service. This app is just a piece trash and waste of time. Whenever I try to login, the app opens up the web browser with blank screen. Even don't get the OTP message on my number

I purchase combo 70 package on 06 February 2022 and with 8 days my data is finish. When I tried to communicate and ask my usage detail from the customer services of Jawwy they are responding that they are unable to share the details. I am not understanding that if I use all data then why on profile of jawwy is showing that i have ny data available. Local data is available and customer services representative is saying it's finish. Poor customer services and poor internet connection.

Worst application ever. Full of errors. Customer support doesn't reply or fix your problem. I recharged my credit and yet, no internet data was activated on my sim. If there is zero star I would give it to this application.

Whenever I try to subscribe international minutes bundle, international bundle vanishes from app, the whole category disappeared. This happened many times. Not only international category, it happens to many other officers same way.

The app doesn't work with the Android 10, its very disappointing that a technological company that doesn't maintain its app updated. In addition, the application working mechanism is very bad. it needs to be connected to a cellular network to log-on, so you can't access the app while traveling unless "you pay for internet roaming". *Note: I have contacted the support and they, sadly, didn't fix the issue nor report it to their higher team as a major issue or at least as regular issue

The app is OK when it works. Support is poor. They could not reactivate my subscription and they do not answer messages. It is very sad after a month of emails and phone calls the answer you get is "can you clarify your issue"!!!! My account is not working. It gives a message of you need to subscribe and when you go along and try to subscribe it says you already have subscription. I have sent this to Jawwy by email and followed up several times. No response led me to cancel the subscription.

Jawwy app not working without internet. When internet balance finishes, we need to depend other connection to recharge. Please make the app open and free to make payment always irrespective of balance in net.

Everytime I open the app I have to sign in again, and it's frustrating!! Why don't you make easier for the customer?? It's ridiculous sometimes I open the app while I'm in a rush and I just have to wait to receive the SMS code to enter the app and sign in, which takes AGES, and then after all that mess I can finally do whatever I wanted in the first place. I hope you add a feature that allows me to stay signed in.

The app is absolutely unfriendly. I spent 80 Royals per SIM for me and my wife's phone and from day one our phones are problematic. JAWWY.SA keep asking for the 6 digit code which arrived only once and it was rejected. Is there any way to make the 2 SIM Cards work respectfully.

Update on 20 mar 2022- 30 days still the issue is not closed. After recharged from jawwy app, it throw error and for past 20 days the request ticket 3830625 is not resolved. Whenever I ask support team, they say 'team is working and money will refunded' all have the same dialogue template, no refund or swift action. This app is not working...

The app keeps restarting and showing the message "restarting to make your changes" even after reinstalling it and wiping it's data, making the app unusable. last update was 6 months ago, which might give you an idea of the developers and CS. (web version althogh it works, it is just bad experience)

very good in connection while playing games,but it depends on the area where you at. My concern is, how use to use my balance account,i put 50sar, and i cant purchase if i buy items in game.

I have been using Jawwy since more than 3 years. But why I am not getting OTP during login on Jawwy App. Please improve this, and solve this issue. Also we can't communicate with your Customer Care by WhatsApp.

Very high rate prices. they give good price only first time just to buy sim, after that all the packages are expensive

Force closes and cannot be used anymore on one of my devices running android 4.4.4 I contacted Jawwy support and none of the provided suggestions worked for me on the specified OS version. I noticed that the previous jawwy application versions run without force close on the same device. However, they won't allow me to open my account and just show this message: "The service is experiencing issues. Please tr again now or later". I tried with fresh install (wiped data and cache) and also with wifi/sim data but with no luck!!

I still have 6gb left on my package but the Internet stop working already. I tried to resolve it with the help of chat support but nothing good results happened. my data Internet still not working 😡😡

Very expensive data packages... degrade the package of 50GB very sad also removed tiktok from unlimited data use so bad۔ need 2 month unlimited data also . For like 250 or arround.

This is by far the worst app I have ever used, every time I open the app I get signed out of my account, and I don't even receive the 6 digit number

Dear, I would like to inform you my jawwy app not working properly from almost two months . When I click on the app for renew my package and buy the any combo then screen nothing show only white screen, not going next step. please fix this issue as soon as possible. Waiting for your quick response and action. Note :Your Support will be highly appreciated.

The app keeps jamming every time I open it and I have to remove it and install it again every time I need to use it. Another crucial thing is when the subscription time ends I don't receive a warning sms ever, and I find out when I try to make a call and the line closes instantly.

Its so frustrating, the STC guy sold me this jawwy sim card and it keeps saying validate your number....and the customer support is a useless chat system.

Unable to login to the app most of the times. It takes forever to validate the phone number and it never logins. Same happens if you try to access your account details via website. It shows account.jawwy unable to connect. One of the worst apps I've used.

The app simply don't work. I tried every possible way WiFi, Data connection etc. But nothing helps. And please don't ask me to contact via Facebook or Twitter as I don't have their accounts. Just solve the issue we are facing. I'm seriously considering switching to another network.

Firstly I am not using Android 10 but the app is not loading and just shows try again later on their screen. I am unable to make calls or use my Internet data and only others can call me. Ever since I downloaded the app and get the Sim, it has caused me so many problems and these problems just keep increasing. Jawwy needs to work out their priority. The costumer service is the worst as all they do is stalling it and they don't really help you out much, just keep telling you to try the same method

Service is good...but franchises not available in all cities that's the problem.. to solve the problem???
