Very good bank been with 17 years like banking need up security but over all great bank

Overall, the app is great. Just wondering why I can no longer direct deposit checks through the app? It was a great feature to have, but it seems to have been removed.

Since the changes. I had a lot of issues with the app. I had to uninstall it and then download again. I also lost connection to my 3rd party apps like Experian for credit reporting and I can no longer verify my account.

A lot of nice feature. I think some of the changes are great but I don't like the fact that when I go pay my bill the app opens a web browser. What the point in the app if it's going to open a browser. I might as well just start in the browser.

Terrible- worst app I've ever tried to use Really I haven't used the new app b/c I can't get in even after I uninstalled the old app and loaded the the new app. Try again. I cannot use this app on my phone or on my PC message I now get a message says the info I input doesn't match what you have. I'll have to make a trip to the local office this week.

I miss being able to use the telephone to check balances but the app is nice.

I love it!! Easy to use and I can almost do all of my banking with it.

It was a good app. I decided to go login on my account, but for some reason it would not let me in. It keeps saying my password is incorrect, when it isn't. I wrote down my username and password. I login all good before. Now I have to contact the office.

this app is horrible it freezes, and won't load this is sad for a bank's app to do this. I have waited over 5 minutes for it to load and it still didn'tso i just went out of it all together. I am so frustrated with this app until I rather just go to the bank!!!

Now it only allows me to take a photo of the front side of a check, and when I try to take a photo of the reverse, it gives me an endorsement reminder EVERY time and will not allow me to take the photo. Still a wothless app.

an improvement on the previous version but still room for more improvement. You need to support better 2 factor methods than a text message or phone call. Support for Universal 2 Factor methods like an authenticator app or a security key such as a Yubikey would be great!

I don't use the app very often. I also have the VyStar app. I love the quick look on their mobile app. Just sign in and I can see my balances without going through too many screens.

It was a pretty good app....until it wasn't. The app now no longer connects to ANY form of wifi or even data, and it's starting to really annoy me.

mobile banking changed, we like the older version better. May just need to get used to this one. the employees are ALWAYS friendly and courteous!!!!

Jax federal credit union is a great bank except for when you apply for loans after three years of being with them they still won't help you establish credit. I have met several nice employees though over the years.

I'm having difficulties on resetting my info. I lost my original phone with my info. so it's just trying to reclaim my info. yes it's a great app

Pretty good for simple stuff, can't access cc info. Mobile deposit much improved over original version.

I have saved my passed word and user name so i dont forget it and every time i put it in it refresh smh this is the worst app i have ever had they really need to fix it

New site not user friendly and been on it for 30 minutes trying to pay my JEA Bill to no avail. Previous site was much more user friendly .This one doesn't work.

It's nice and colorful, but the old app was more user friendly and easier to read.

Where is the deposit button? Note 9. Update...customer support responded quickly and resolved my issue. Mobile deposit now works as it should. Thank you!

I got a new phone and the app was different. Use to be able to see my loan and pay online but not anymore....

Horrible I want the previous ap. All my info is WRONG was asked to update password now it says not valid this is HORRIBLE

Everything is fine but couldn't find the mobile check deposit app.

awful..cant see anything on the app..0p day supposed wait before features can be accessed.

Nothing comnected with this bank works The web site is trash and this mobile app isnt mobile .Its garbage.

this is nice, you have to get the hang of it. but very convenient.
