I've had some issues with it. Not clearcut about returning ebooks. Some have to be manually returned, others just expire, but the system doesn't inform you which is required. Doesn't retain check out history. Too many helper apps needed to open ebooks. Some audio books won't even attempt to open or redirect to the needed helper app. One required helper app,Axis360, corrupted this app when trying to open an ebook and I had to uninstall and reinstall.Slow to open as well. Love my library, though.

Hours should be longer. Too many popular audiobooks not offered through Overdrive (a competing library service is much better). Ebooks offered primarily in .epub format so you have to de-DRM them & convert to .mobi for Kindle. Too few leases for popular books leading to months-long hold times.

Dirty diaper garbage fire app. Wish I could give ZERO STARS!! Shoulda known the Jax Library would put this hot mess out. YOU CANT EVEN CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS USING THE APP!! Pathetic. This is like everything else at the Regency Branch, broken or on its way to being broken...the metal detector randomly goes off...the computers are aged trash...the librarys software is incompetent. Im sticking with my online account, less frustration. Im sending this POS app right where it belongs, the toilet!

Makes finding books easier. The curbside pick isn't recommended but putting books on hold is a big bonus to this app.

Great facility. Excellent lighting, great book selection and nice staff!

Too bad you can't give negative stars, this is useless. Most of it has no function, just empty icons. Your IT team should be fired.... Horrible

Reading is fundamental. Too bad they don't teach reading and writing in school, anymore.

Love the library! Very easy to use and my library card is on here so I don't have to bring in my card.

The Westside branch is amazing I absolutely love them they treat me like family and I cannot recommend them enough it is very present and timely and usually uncrowded. They will help you and take care of you with everything that you can hope for

SO slow! Never fully loads, even on wifi, so I can never access my account. Bring the old app back!

Seems well written for a little local app. Feature request: on sign in page offer a barcode scanner to type in my library card number.

The old app let me download to my kindle but this one says my device is not acceptable. Don't need your app of it won't do to kindle. Stupid

I don't like this app, not user friendly. Wants access to too much info on phone that's not necessary. Only shows ebook information. If doing ebooks, have to sign in twice.

Useful for viewing library catalog, but unable to place items on hold or add to lists

My checkouts no longer show up under my account so I'm not able to renew them.

New App Does not work on my Android phone. I had no problem with the previous App.

The search field does not allow pasting copied text. Please fix.
