I was apprehensive about installing this app based on past reviews. I contacted the city and they assured me it was working as intended. I did go ahead and install it. I was able to test most features to my satisfaction. I had no issues with the operation of the app or of my cell phone while using the app. The app does appear to function as intended. Due to there not being any current weather emergency I was NOT able to view an active list of available shelters. The radar does work but the satellite information did not. I don't know if this is a temporary or long term issue.

It has a high traffic, so is not useful. In my opinion if you create an app for emergency try to get it to handle the area that was intended for.

Horrible, tried to search for evacuation zones and nothing would pull up. Nothing really worked. You'll do better looking online for help.

Works great. im not in an evacuation zone. Home page told me and can look up address on find your zone icon

im trying to download app now for 2 days and again on Aug 30th in time for Dorian preparations!! and it will NOT download!! COME ON JAX READY!! get it together!

The latest update makes it work even faster! Useful for figuring out what zone I'm in plus the new weather maps are great.

Horrible worthless app. whoever uploaded the evacuation zones to the website doesn't realize it's going to Google Drive says no preview available won't let you download it. So in desperation I downloaded this app and all it is is a repeat of the website with no interactive features whatsoever, cannot input the address where it says input your address for the zone… I'm not saying anymore I'm just deleting

Causes my Samsung galaxy s8 to lock up every time I try to use it. Can't get any info.

The app has a lot of information on it, but shows no Shelters for 32226 in Oceanway. We don't know where to go. Could you please list the names of Shelters in the Oceanway area that we can go to? Thank you.

Useless. It's supposed to help, but it doesn't work.

I tested this app on 9/5/17 and it worked ok. Tested today 9/8/17 and it's not working as well. Stop charging it and leave it alone.

No evacuation info, only a map that shows what color different areas are but doesn't actually show if any or what color is being ordered to evacuate. Shows nothing. Total waste. I don't care that my area is in a yellow area if there is no legend to tell me what yellow means! Who is being evacuated? What color? Waste of my time looking at this stupid app.

App does not load and days check data connection even though my connection is fine for other things

One thing says zone D, another zone A. Can't be A I am nowhere near the beach. Northside near Oceanway.

I can't get the app to even load anymore. It keeps shutting itself down.

Here we are in the middle of a tropical storm and the app is not updated with any information. And the links in the app are out of date. This app is useless.
