Installed it on ny new phone, got to the point where i enter or scan my code and nothing happens. Wether I scan it or enter it, I don't have the option to sync. It just stays there with no continue button. Why did you feel the need to ruin a perfectly working product?
it works, but i wouldn't really call it secure. because the only job it does to secure things is asking us to write down a piece of paper... plus, the are really no other memorable features. yes, I'll install and try liberty now. let's see.
I lost all my money on it - they just got send to some other account. This happend on 21.06.2019. If someone is even reading this, you can contact me for further information. I did just write to support as well. I will keep this comment updated if they manage to fix the issue.
This wallet is good and user friendly, but i'm wondering if it gets more update or not? And if the answer is yes, please add finger print and other method when we enter the app, it's very inconvenient when you enter the app without entrance security.
I can't pair my jaxx wallet in an other smart phone I tried with the QR scan and the phase n nothing ; you should resolve this I tried that too,the app is open but with 0btc balance,so it's still negative result
Guess wallet on a mobile device is straight up trash money's always missing always do I got to be going to desktop back to this straight trash I'm just putting up with this s*** until I get my hard wallet and since the markets down it's like everybody who is dealing with cryptocurrency is not maintenance in it anymore
Tried to restore my old jaxx wallet. I enter the 12 word code but have no continue button to continue on. Have reset cache and data but this didn't help
Updated : cleared the app cache, restarted device, emailed support and my BTC is showing back in wallet..yay! Thanks!
Great app that's free. I used it before but removed it since it didn't have all the coins yet.
Happy with this. Had an issue but was resolved promptly by the support staff.
Sent btc from my coinbase address to jaxx. It shows me that transaction was completed but my balance is $0. Just lost my money.

What is wrong with this app, all that I've worked for in all this years are gone just like that.... I use it for more than a year and i find excelent as a crypto wallet.
Used the storm app.to earn bolts and transferred it to.the jaxx wallet created with this app and nothing is shown up? so I just wasted my time?

Overall great app! Only suggestion is option to add a pin everytime you open the app (I believe you have to enter a pin when sending over a certain amount of $$) but in general having a pin would be awesome so when friends use my phone I'm not freaking out that they see how much money I have lol.. I have never had any problems with Jaxx. At the peak of the bull run in December my LTC sometimes wouldn't show on PC but would only show on this mobile app (but was always still there !). Haven't experienced any problems since. The shapeshift icon should probably be updated out of this as it was done away with on the PC version due to shapeshifts change in policy to abide with financial legislators. Overall a great user friendly wallet, clean UI, my favorite mobile wallet (& I've tried a lot).
