GO-ZONE
- By placing your finger on the band when you wake up each morning Reign will read your body and give you a Go-Score for the day.
- Your Go-Score is based on your heart rate variability. If you’re fatigued Reign sees one pattern and if your body is recovered it sees another.
- The Go-Zone screen shows your Go-Score, commentary on how to approach your day and an updated Daily Activity Goal customized just for you based on how ready your body is to be active that day.
ACTIVITY & SPORT
- Reign automatically recognizes and displays the activities and sports you do – walk, run, bike, swim, general activities, sport, sleep, and inactivity.
- Get an overall snapshot of how you’re spending your day and find out what it will take to hit your goal for the day.
- View your Activity Points, calories and duration for each activity and see when you have been most active.
- Get a detailed view of your day, including a total active time vs inactive time.
TONIGHT'S SLEEP
- Reign automatically recognizes when you sleep. No need for pushing buttons to mark beginning and end of sleep.
- View your time-slept, bedtime and wake time.
- See when you move at night on the sleep timeline which represents how restless your sleep was.
- The sleep screen dial shows your ideal sleep-time, recent average, and recommended sleep-time for tonight.

Don't know why people are having problems, just refresh by swiping the screen down. Works for me 99% of the time HTC One M8 running 6.01 and if it doesn't auto sync, I just swipe down and it works. Don't blame the app if your using a cheap low end device.
Running on Galaxy S6. Since the update syncing is now working. Turning swim detection on or off does not work. LED light control does not work. Reached out support twice and they can't help me. Been told it's been sent to the programmers over two updates ago. It's not functioning in a way as mentioned above that's end-user friendly.
My device won't pair with my phone if any other Bluetooth device is nearby. I'm not sure if this is an issue with my phone or an issue with the device. As a personal trainer, I love that this devices checks HRV and has sleep recommendations.
Unfortunate because I love it when it works. My paired device hasn't been found 3 days. Even after several troubleshooting steps. I've owned since out. Couldn't even use for 5 mos after purchase while waiting for android app. Jaybirds other products extremely stable. Too bad
I am not sure if this is a common issue but EVERY time I try to get a go-zone reading my app crashes. I have tried turning the band around and wetting the sensor and still, the app crashes. I would really love for this to work because I have been excited about this band and this particular feature since I first discovered the JayBird Reign. Now that I was able to afford it, I just want it to work properly. Thanks in advance.
Now it will not pair. Went to sleep it was fine. Work up and not pairing.
I have HTC One M9 and after all day trying to pair it keeps failing, I tried everything I even did a factory reset of Reign but it will still not pair to my phone.... Very dissapointed for paying for a product that does not work. Hopefully it's apps fault and not the device itself
I am unable to get a score. Keeps stating there is a problem and try again
I cant pair it with my S3, I got it paired with my fire 10 but not accurate at all sleep is way off and so is the mileage count. I bought this it looked like the only produced I could go riding with, I went about 22 miles on sunday and the Reign only said 2 lol

Paired on another device but can't get my reign to pair with my phone. Pairs fine elsewhere just not my phone. Think I'm going to try and sell this pos device.
And the developer does not seem to care. I've seen a lot of complaints on this issue and the last update was May 2016. In order to sync, I have to unpair and then it takes as an hour to pair. When it finally pairs, it will sync only once, and then I have to try again only on the following day. Now, just to have some use, I have to install on a second phone with older version of Android which I keep at home.
Let's start with the recent update. PERFECT. Thanks guys, my pod needed that one and it worked great. Now, I only gave 4 stars becouse were still looking for the "Google Fit" connection and so hopping for a widget, and that's the icing on the cake. If your looking for a great company and the most awesome customer service, these are the folks you've been waiting for. Oh hey, the headphones from Jaybird are the perfect addition to your "tech arsenal", the sound quality is awesome.

Love my reign and the app updates have been great.
I paid a lot of money for this product I still believe there is a future left for this produce but I'm entirely frustrated with app esp how much it stop working and I'm unable to use my device for several days now I'd appreciate if they issue a recall on this product and compensate me with a new model because I love jay bird product
Sync with MyfitnessPal feature is a must. Go Zone button gets stuck, one needs to exit app & re-enter. Does not recognise hand sports like volleyball. Dashboard is limited. does not give step count. Others?? If it did I would give a 4.
After update app will not open. Now I have a useless product. Thanks Jaybird. Great work in your R&D department, looks like you guys did thorough testing.

Update 5/7/16. Paired after 5 attempts but unable to Sync. Reinstalled. Can't pair anymore. I can still pair to older O/S. 5/5/2016. Still no luck syncing to Android 6. Maybe next update. Original post: I have not been able to pair with my Moto G phone that runs Android 6. I have been able to use the Pod because it did pair with an older device. I contacted support but it felt like they were simply not allowed to acknowledge a problem. Troubleshooting quickly became ridiculous.
