Mostly good, but with one very big and frustrating flaw. If you elect to allow substitution selections, you get ONE CHOICE, and very often that choice is unacceptable, leaving you stuck. If you leave a comment with alternatives, the pickers don't always pay attention, and you are SOL. Provide the means to select from several alternatives. If not for this, I would rate this 4+ stars.

The app is rife with basic, elementary programming errors. Aisle 10 is listed before aisle 2 in "aisle ascending" because the aisles aren't listed as "aisle 01, aisle 02" etc in the code, so the *nix system lists them in alphabetical order as "1, 10, 2" etc. Also, the search function is deeply broken, and now tries to autofill as you're typing complete with arguments (bang, or !). This is a problem with the deeper Kroger app upon which this is based, and not just the Jay C app.

This app is so frustrating, everytime it updates it gets worse. I've never seen an app that makes it almost impossible to add to a cart for pickup, why can't I just click a button on the same page from the list page after I've added it to my cart instead I have to go to the menu and hope I didn't add it twice cause it will. If it gets worse with the next update I'll be deleting the app.

The grocery pickup is terrific and I've not had any issues with anything they've selected for me. I especially love that they upgrade your item if they can't find what you wanted, but you pay the lesser cost! When I do shop in person, it is generally very well stocked and well kept. They've got a lot of good people that work hard and it shows!

I have used the Jay C grocery pick up option for about 6 months now. I am very satisfied with it! My list is always correct, I recieve a notice to approve substitute items the processing clerk does a great job. I had an issue the very first time I used it. However, it was my error I didn't know to type in my substitute options and my bacon selection was very fatty; details details.

Love the pickup convenience. But there is one really big problem for me. I have a big family and make large pickup orders. After adding my very large list of regular items to the cart, the app will simply tell me that a certain number of items were not added to the cart. It doesn't tell which items these were, so that I can shop for substitutes. So I have to spend alot of time searching and comparing my regulars list to my cart items to see what is missing. Pleeeeese fix this!!!

Kinda confusing still but I guess like the rest of these new apps that keep getting put out there just got to go into them to see how that product is marketed I guess on how they set it up..

This app needs a lot of help when you're in the store it goes in and out you try to download the ad it does not come up it always says updated it won't let you update it or install it you call for help on your customer service line and they don't know what you're talking about have the time the digital coupons do not show up or are not there

A great store of the meat department cuz the meat exactly how you like it very neat and clean very well stocked and the employees help you in any way

I can't create an alternate card ID even after calling customer support. I can say the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and tried to help, but it didn't work and I cannot register my actual card, nor can I create an alternate ID. I can't take advantage of the savings, therefore this clunky app is basically useless to me. It's easier just to shop elsewhere.

Excellent choices of meats and produce selected. I will continue to use this service even after Covid!!!!! The employees who bring items to vehicle are very helpful and friendly. Been using the pick up service since March and have NEVER had a bad experience yet.

pickup is flawlessly easy.

Very difficult to use. Don't expect convenience in this. I have no issues with other grocery order apps. It would actually be less time consuming to enter the store, shop and checkout myself.

I usually enjoy the JayC app but it is getting harder and harder to find the digital coupons, That is in the ads. Would be helpful if you could scan the product and find the coupon that way.

It won't load my digital coupons. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and opened. I have been at this for two days now and getting agitated. Please fix this as I need to purchase items that require digital coupons.

Love the app when it works. Constantly malfunctioning and not allowing me to add coupons. No point in the app if that doesnt work all the time.

It's been great for loading money saving coupons before shopping, planning out shopping list. Just used it for first time to place a grocery pickup order.

Upon using the app, my only concern is that there is no search bar. Would like to be able to look for certain things and compare items as well.

The app often doesn't work while in the local store making it impossible to use. The deals/coupons are good but if I'm unable to use the app while in the store and I'm unable to utilize the benefits, what good is it really?

Do not like that there is a limit on how many digital coupons I can clip -- I want to clip them ALL so that I don't miss out on ANY deals!!!!!

Since the kroger store was added to the bottom of the app it is pathetic to say the least. One star is too much. Works maybe one time a day if lucky. 3rd day I a row it's updating, stupid! Make that 4 days in a row.

App is constantly freezing or kicking me out.

It never accepts my digital coupons to my card. I've tried and the customer service at my store has tried. Please fix this.

Use to be good now it's so confusing can't find anything on coupons anymore. I Uninstalled it. Junk now! Worthless.

Says no ad or store near me when we have a store 5 miles from us and it is stuck in ship

Love placing my pick up order here. Always nice and on time, unlike other stores I have tried. I will continue to order from here. You should give them a try if you haven't yet.

This is awesome they pick quality food and are very friendly, when you pick up your order!
