JAYCOMMAND powered by BMPRO is an RV control and monitoring system for easy management of RV features via an app on your own device. It is specifically designed to work only with Jayco RVs in North America.

While the wall mounted JAYCOMMAND Screen Controller installed in a Jayco RV will already be configured with the JAYCOMMAND powered by BMPRO system, this app enables the ability to have all the important controls and monitoring functions of the RV on a mobile device. When the RV is within internet range and connected, JAYCOMMAND provides access to the features via remote cloud access on a mobile device.

When setting up the app it gives two options for a controller my (2022) jayco doesn't have. I have a full touch screen tablet with no buttons on side or bottom like the setup shows. I have connected my phone to the jaycommand tablet but can't get past the set up screen in the app. Will give better rating once this is fixed. Please help.

When in range of Bluetooth, everything seems to work fine. When not in range the remote connection does not work.

I'm a new owner. 3 months in. The jaycommand screen in my rv is frozen. The bottom buttons work but none of the side buttons. Fortunately I had paired my phone and can control the slide, lights, etc . It is frustrating tho to not be able to use the rv panel. I'm looking for a hard reset and can't find it in the owners manual. I wish I had physical buttons.

Easy to connect, works my whole RV. Remote control of Awnings, Auto Level, Water Heater, AC, Heat Pump, Heater, Lights (dimmers), Slides, Tire pressure and temp, It re-establishes connection to Bluetooth as the app is opened, be patient, just like any other bluetooth device, it takes a few seconds. Once connected to WiFi, it will update the app on the tablet. Great App, very convenient.

Somewhat helpful at best. Only works in bluetooth mode even though logged into cloud. Manuel's dont address this issue. Have reinstalled and paired several times with no success. Very disappointed in Jayco for such a poor product. Dont make a big deal if is only works occasionally. Would be nice to put on air away from the trailer or lights when your coming back in the dark.

Requires pairing everything it's used. May or may not work. It doesn't seem to work consistent. Making you go back to the touch screens. Never know if it's going to work the leveling of the camper, the same for the touch screen. I wish the camper didn't come with the screen and moniter.

Initially when i first open app and pair samsung phone, everything works great, no problems. When i walk away from range of bluetooth and come back into range, all functions are locked, even though app says i am paired. I have to shut phone off/ on and re-pair. When it works it's great. But mine keeps disconnecting. It does not reconnect by pushing the OK button in Pair mode. I have to uninstall the app, re-install and pair again. Haven't heard back from Jayco about this. UPDATE: Swiping out does seem to be working. Thank you. Updated rating.

For some reason the app seems to go to sleep. when I go to use it the Bluetooth is disconnected. I have to close the app and reopen to establish a BT connection. Update. The link you provided is for the tablet style controller. I have the monochrome non touch screen unit in my 2021 Jayco Eagle HT.

I understand the concept and everyone wants to go electronic and hands free but this is garbage for a $100k coach. Manufacturers should still be installing hard wired things until every bug in this sysem is worked out. The "tablet" that runs everything in this trailer wont stay on cause I'm assuming the battery in it is toast. So now i have to pray that my phone will still connect when I'm in my trailer just to be able to run basic functions.

6/24/21 - I am changing my rating from 1 to 4 star. The last update to firmware and phone app have reestablished connectivity over the internet. THANK YOU for keeping at it to fix the issues. Will change to 5 stars if you can add shore power sensing for generator auto-start function. App will NOT connect. it worked before but not now... update after dev reply. I read the other reviews/replies and tried that first even rebooting my phone and uninstalling/reinstalling app. Still the same.

This command is useless only some features work can't get battery level the screen is just black have to sync everything I use it I only get some of the features rather have the old system pretty pissed off I can't check the level of batteries and other features just got this only 4 days old now when I go off the grid I will need to start the generator every day crazy

The latest update has caused the AC to short cycle. Don't know about how the furnace will work, haven't used it yet. Also it disconnects from the Bluetooth frequently. One positive is the Auto Level seems to work better.

Have the app installed on a Samsung phone. After a day or so away from coach the Samsung will not connect via cloud. Have an I phone in the family that doesn't seem to loose connection. Reinstalled., change password. Hard reset. Shows I'm logged in to cloud but no connection to coach.

I am an RV tech and recently inspected an rv with this on the tongue jack. There was no information in the paperwork. Only instruction on the jack to operate it manually. I had to waste time figuring it out. Then when I returned the next day I was disconnected and as is every I walk away. Have to restart my phone every time. It's nice when it works. May I recommend putting instruction in the folder for the rig. The owners manually doesn't have updated literature on this jack

This app always disconnects when I am traveling. This makes the BMPRO TPMS totally useless. Since this seems to be the only way to access the TPMS looks like I will be buying a different TPMS. Wasted my money on that one.

If you walk too far away from your camper the Bluetooth will disconnect you from the App and it can take several minutes to get it all communicating again just to turn lights on or use features in the App

Garbage. Dont buy any rv with this system you WILL regret it. I've had SO many problems and this thing is brand new. If anything goes wrong, you can't control any aspect of your rv because it's all done through this one device. Brilliant idea folks, what could possibly go wrong?

Nearly Futile. Bought a Jayco 5th wheel. I paid A LOT OF MONEY. Paid to have it moved to our property out west. Came time to use their on-demand control system. Still fixing way 2 much. Understand what SHOULD happen. Still searching for who, what, where how and WHY. STUCK with WHEN are they going to get SERIOUS. BTW. I Like the people, the rig, pretty much everything EXCEPT THE BLUETOOTH snafoos the missing instructions and Corrections to same. OH yes, I know how and did all this since 1983..
