I have been deceived by the App and was tricked into a destination not of my choice when booking a flight to Istanbul. You see in the drop down menu there are two destination airports for Istanbul, IST and SAW. I intentionally selected IST because that's where I wanted to travel to. In the reservation confirmation email I noticed SAW to be the travel destination! Not being my choice, I got really mad how the App pushed a destination down my throat without my consent or an alert of the change.
Excellent app except in the Arabic interface the day names are wrong (shifted 2 days i. e. Monday instead of Saturday)
The app is bad and unreliable, it throws errors when trying to pay for a flight and during one experience it got me to buy the wrong tickets entirely, that coupled with the impossibility of contacting customer support who immediately hang up on you or leave you on hold for 3 minutes with ads playing and THEN hang up on you makes this the worst app + airlines for a reason. If you still want to buy the cheapest tickets from the cheapest airlines I suggest you stick to their website which works.

No matter how much highest ticket price, they won't give food. You have to pay in advance for the food and they will serve you COLD food. Least no. of counters for any flight..which means llong ques for check in. There's no option to give less than one star so..
can't show you your full trip details, only departure flight not arrival. Jazeera is getting worse every year, their application was good but now they decided to standardise thier profile and lower the application to the same lousy level of the airline itself.
Big Fraud airline. Please do not fly with this airline because in case of flight cancellation they will not refund your money instead they will give you voucher which only you have to use within one year. This happened to me.
As I open it, the app crashes. It's not new, it's happening more than 10 days, as of my experience. Pls admins fix ASAP.
Unable to check booking status. When I enter Ref: and last name it says incorrect. Worst App. Not even easy to register as new user.

My first experience in Al Jazeera was awful, airport staff was rude, when plane landed they didn't let us in waiting area for long time almost one hour we had to stay on long que, but que also been unfair, among passengers was Saudi citizens they let Saudi citizens in without any que so I faced in discrimination too.
The flight and travelling was excellent but the staff in hyderabad they don't has minimum commonsense and the way to speaking is very bad due to I would like tell all my friends please don't travel in jazeera Airways only from hyderabad to kuwait
Fix the bug of crashing every now and then. Had to rate a star to post this.
Worst experience with this airlines. No punctuality at all. Flights are delayed and they don't even care about their passengers. It was my first international travel and they ruined my experience. No refund is provided even when I wanted to cancel my flight 15 days prior to departure. Would never recommend to anyone. Instead pay a little more and experience good service with other airlines.
