Jazp Online Shopping App

Worst delivery service I've experienced for online shopping... The "Delivery Driver" keeps changing the schedule/time for my order being delivered, even though it was supposed to be delivered at specific date. I don't think it's a professional, nor cooperative way of telling a reschedule of a delivery. A follow up from the company "Jazp" itself would've been better. Please read some reviews and be more aware about this company on how they work.

Most of the products that i ordered from jazp i didn't have any problems with, but the last item i ordered took 20 days to arrive, turns out that they didn't have this item in stock and god knows why they have it in stock in the app, they told me that they are waiting for the seller, which doesn't make sense, like why would you sell something that YOU DON'T HAVE!!!!???

Edit: post my complaint, action was taken and shipment was delivered promptly. I think that they need to check their Call Center number, because it doesn't go past the language selection option.

Worst customer service; 1. All of the numbers which have a response machine don't work except 1, can't go past the intro 2. The number that does work keeps you on hold for forever 3. If an agent finally picks up, no body speaks from their end or speak after a few minutes but pretend that your voice is inaudible 4. If someone speak normally, they don't give a helpful answer or they tell you they will call you back but, never do 5. Drivers keeo promising tonight/tomorrow to deliver, but never do

Keeps closing, when trying to order. Hard to navigate, the old version is easier

It's a very bad experience i had with this app when you order you inform the customer 2 days delivery and it will take more than 15 days and more.

Amazing items, authentic and sizes are almost accurate. Sometimes pricey, but worth it and if they're on sale, it would be a great buy. If you are in hurry though to receive your orders, better pay in cash as delivery is faster than paying using card because it's taking time for the processing. However, all in all it's a great app, with responsive team, be it via email or hotline

It advertises that you can pay in installments using the Tabby App, but then there's no option for it and when making the purchase it deducts the full amount without any options of using the Tabby facility Is Tabby usable on your site or not?

I purchase house hold items through jazp it was awsome and get the dicount too.

Is this app still functioning? , I ordered , I was to receive it yesterday . Still I got no call no text or delivery from them . Pls someone should help ..

Excllent app and very fast to change prdouct

Very disappointed... I always order from jazp before but i ordered twice same item.. 1 got cancelled 1 is returned to the seller. And nobody even call and tell me why. I already send an email for them to update my number. And actually the customer service called and said they will change. But to no avail. I am not ordering here again. Customer service only talks no action

I had installed jazp app 2 months back. Its easy to use and have a clean interface without a crowded look. All the infos are available just as in the website. Please improve page loading speed. Another point to take action on is that in some of the product categories, especially the 'supermarket' category, there is absolutely nothing in there! Add some groceries and other local stuff that people can order online, like what 'qfreshonline'' and 'getit' online stores are doing.

It's an amazing app, although it could have more variety. Otherwise, it's a wonderful app and helps you shop easily as soon as you put your budget and the type of thing you want, layout is very relaxed and pretty also. I've odered several times from this app and I will continue to!You should definitely try this app!! 💗

I have been shopping on jazp for many years now. Never had a bad experience. Returns are also hassle free. The products are always delivered on time. I always receive products 1 day before the expected delivery date. Great app and shopping site to trust during this pandemic.

Very poor implementation of user account creation. Both the app and website fails with the OTP sms system. I tried so many times to create an account to checkout the items added in cart. It says OTP sent to mobile, but I didn't receive a single sms from the system. Tried in Oman with this app and jazp oman website too. Either you have to give option to create account using email id or provide google login like functionality so if the sms system fails user can go with the other option.

I'm very disappointed. It's my first time to order in your app but you gave this impression. I ordered Bluetooth smart watch and inpods 12 last march 20 the watch is okey but the inpods 12 is not good the right side is not functioning and when i pair it with my phone the bluetooth name says i11 but in the box it's i12. I've reach for you and want a replacement i was happy because an agent contacted me and said that they will replace the item but until now i haven't recieve anything yet.

Ordered a pair of shoes and got it delivered a day ahead of the scheduled day. It was of perfect size and the quality of the item was also great. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to buy more items here. Cheers!!

Ordered a TV online, only to receive a call after a while informing me that the product had gone out of stock. Don't know why you guys can't update the same on your app and refrain from misleading customers. Placed another order soon after and have been relentlessly trying to call you to confirm if the product is actually available, but it's taking forever to connect to an agent. The wait has been more than 30mins each time. Super upset!!

I really had great experience with Jazp Qatar in the past. The new application has really good offers with smooth operation. Jazp team.... Please add an option of ' Add to favourite' above each products you have. It helps in choosing and sorting an item. And please add 'Reviews' options too. Great effort and keep it up...
