App is not at all opening. Tried clearing data and cache and also uninstalled several times unable to open the app. Booking through book my show app only. Very worst app
This is worst application ever, Worst Payment Gatewall. Worst Experience, Can't even sign in. No Receiving OTP, Atleast try making the usage of app a good experience 👍
Very very worst, now a days it is not working properly, I faced this kind of problems three more times, amount deducted from my account, refund taking more than a week. Very very worst, take immediate corrective action. Otherwise remove the app from play store. I will take legal action.
worst app I've ever seen... can't book tickets at the time of opening... but at the end they will tell all the tickets are sold out... I've been very much disappointed when I was try to book tickets for ENDGAME... This is ridiculous that we not able to book at least one tickets at the time of booking opening... some would have tell that 'you not got the tickets thats why you are blabbering'.. if you want to confirm try to see their last tweet and retweets on ticket opening @jazzcinemas in Twitter
Very bad dont ever book tickets through this or their homepage .if tje booking fails they dont even bother to give refund and even after contacting customercare no response. I didnt gt my money credited even after 2weeks and they dont get back.
I am unable to use the forgot password option, OTP is neither coming to mobile or email, tried several times.
No use to book tickets in this App & Waste of time...If you going to book ticket its showing tickets all soldout,but in bookmy show set are available... Theatre owners sell their tickets to bookmy show in black...thuuuuu thuuuuuuu
one of the worst app when the server is full the damn app is not even working and when all the tickets are over then it's opening, there is no need of keeping this app when you are selling through bookmyshow, I'm giving 5 star because atleast you will see this and remove it
Unable to login. It says OTP sent but I don't receive it. Both through email or phone. Please fix asap
For those who forgot the password and trying to reset go to web application and reset in app it's not working fine

front seats are very bad can't able to watch movie in budget tickets pvr is best their is some space between seats and the screens in all jazz cinemas is very wrost in budget ticket unhappy with jazz cinemas...
worst experience. Got the email from jazz cinemas for a tickets will be opening by 11pm i waited since 10pm but once i clicked it loaded for 35mins and later it shows house full.

Am using blink card i recharged my blink amount in my bank debited my amount but in blink card the amount not recived the customer service sayed with in 10 minutes its will update more then 3 hours gone till my amount no received very worst service

very poor app maintenance , whenever a new movie tickets are up for pre booking the app doesn't respond at all, I checked the site too. But , when the app starts responding Bookings 1 week will be shown as booked already, when bith app and site are crashed only god should how the tickets are getting over by the time a general person can access it
