Jazz Experience

Its been a year since the Customer Support is saying that "the issue has been highlighted". The reality is Jazz/Mobilink has finally failed to provide its excellent services and surprisingly costs are 2x within a year. I have been the Customer since 2001 but now thinking to change my network.

I wish there could be a minus rating provision in play store, very pathetic app just to (zaleel) the customers. I cant even regiater my self, network error is the message every time. If you cant handle then dont creat such application. Just pathetic and useless app. Improve jazz improve.

Very bad app many time install and uninstall y The app but still show the message registration failed and many time help line call still no response and call centre staff no technical knowledge about issue some agent say jammer issue and some agent say issue in your area highlight work on progress so i thing staff totally provide the bad service s to the customer. Very very very bad metwork and staff.

Highly unsatisfied, keep taking my balance off without a solid reason. Poor internet, lodge my complain by phone call but still problem exist. Customer service provider has told me " you will receive text messages for your problem but I have not received any messages or any response yet.

Very third class network is becoming jazz.. Used to be a good network but now a days its just stealing money by its packages but nothing working. First time i bought weekly package on jazz sim and it have disappointed me a lot. Useless network and useless app this one. I would give 0 stars or even in minus if available.

Pathetic service and useless app. You can report a problem but that won't be fixed. Pathetic service provider. Stealing money and in return no services. Their data bundles are highest rates but they provide slow data and very bad service. Their CSR don't know what is the issue just lame excuses.

Usually complaints were not addressed properly, nor even the company bother to contact if you have registered a complaint using this app. Overall the app is be to test signal of Internet related issues from Jazz-Warid network.

Sorry but this service is not faster and network speed is tu low quality ... this network is not giving speeds and not working properly kindly jazz request uh tu speed up your 4g because its tu low in quality and kindly take notice on this

pathetic services and very bad network .Telenor,Zong network and 4g is very fast as compare to jazz.i recommend telnor or zong .For the sake of God don't use Jazz network.

When you complain about network issues including speed and coverage, they shamelessly tell you by an automated message that no other user complained about the issue. You can't track the progress of your complain effectively and they mislead you by saying a team is working and it ll be fine.. We are closing your complain. The biggest cellular network, highest data rates and poorest services.

I have reported so many times about bad network issue but after a long time jazz contacted me but the issue is still pending nothing happens,now after my complain the network 4g speed is worst i have followed the instructions of person who contacted me,but network speed gradually is slowing down day by day. I have changed devices but always but network connection is there,so please resolve my pending issue and please contact me as soon as possible via phone number,jazz is my number 1 network

Useless app it doesn,t send the report..instead just using data and dowloading business No report sent to company just showing all is good but network performance and speed is more slower than donkey speed

Very bad experience with Jazz network. Internet speed is 3rd class with lowest coverage. Costumer can not make a clear call. I am leaving this bad network.

I recommends to all jazz costumers switch to other network. It's to much bad network from 2 years. I'm complaining again and again but not responding.

As usual of jazz for costomer faclitation this app is also pathatical to use. No use of its contents. Totally wasteage of time on it.

0 stars, can't even register. Jazz is top network service provider, we expect more than this, test your apps before launching them.

Nothing works. Even we are not able to submit Report. They get scheduled but didn't sent. Also coverage map doesn't works. POOR SUPPORT

Very very bad app. My complain is pending from 1 month and not sent yet. They once made the app and then forget about it as they are not following up this app

Not able to login the app always getting the network error message we are facing slow Internet issue after lodging many complaints still our issue is not resolve jazz is just loosing out their customers lack of low customer services

I am giving -100 Rating. Making fool. Bad costumer service and may using old H+ technology in hardwares which upgraded in only appearance. Unsatisfactory and unethical. Poorest service in main city.

I have complained many times about the bad performance of network here 2 times call Jazz Helpline number still issue not solved. My problem is here is some mobile phones do not coverage 3G network i e Q mobile e2 almost All the Q mobile not coverage 3G network. Please solve this issue it's big problem for us.

One of the dumb app. Every time I try to connect it shows network error. This is surely 5$ app build through fiverr.

Just made fool to all. Nobody never even can be registered. Whenever you try to register yourself, it shows a message "your network operater has not approved your devislce to use this application". Then why Jazz customer services officers suggest us to use this app. If it is not allowed to be used. Ajeeb c......yapa hai...

It gives good information but the complaints made through this app does not work and nobody take actions. Overall good for information!

Worst app and worst services of jazz...we have installed that app for Complain of network and the App giving Network error... What a genius app developers you are... Jazz is the only network which has Okla Award of Not having internet speed...i missed my online Exam just Because of your Internet...👎👎👊👊🖐️

1 star just for something good working in app. Only create for money to people download it and company earn money, Otherwise if you reported and any problem don't take hope owners will give report reviews, I have 4.5 reported send and still after 4 month I can't receive any response. Jazz internet speed very bkwasss at overall all Lower Dir cities...Zong use more than all Pakistan in this cities And it's provided Extremely Best internet speed.

Jazz need to improve their services... Poor call connectivity and very slow Internet services in my area... We are jazz gold customers, we deserve much better from Jazz... I hope technical team will look into this and rectify the situation...
