Jazz FM

App just keeps dropping off. It's very temperamental so I'm forever restarting it. Have tried uninstalling and re installing but still the same. Doesn't matter if I use WiFi, or mobile signal, it's still the same. All other radio apps are working well so don't think it's my phone or WiFi. Have given up and am listening to Boom Radio instead

The app itself works fine, the constant "try our premium service" I've zero interest in is annoying especially as there's no way to permanently opt out. Signing into the app to "get a better experience" automatically signs up to Planet Radio services I didn't ask for. TBH, only downloaded the app due to Jazz FM deprecating the feed used by Radio Garden.

. Edit. It gets worse. Using a mobile, you can't access via the website. It forces you to use the app- the one that keeps crashing . So it ruins premium membership Further edit. 5.3.22 App has stopped working altogether. But I can't cancel premium because the website keeps redirecting me to app that doesn't work. So the rip-off bstards are getting money for no service and I can't do anything.**** AVOID***

Love the station ... Hate the app.... It keeps cutting out for no reason spoiling my listening experience. No other radio app does it on my smart phone and Bluetooth speaker. E.g. BBC Sounds works fine. And I have 'fibre to the house' speeds do it's not bandwidth. I love the station so much I try and put up with the cutting out. But it is seriously irritating.

Loads easily and quickly enough but there is no dark mode which helps battery life

I live in the USA (New Jersey), there is only 1 Jazz station left in the NY/NJ area. I've been listening to Jazz FM, since 2010. Having the app and my external speaker, I have jazz wherever I go., and encourage family and friends, who appreciate good music, to download the app.Because of the internet, I encourage friends in other countries (where applicible) to do the same. Great App, casting lets me play it through my amp (make sure all devices are on the same network frequency, i.e. 2.4 or 5Ghz). App takes a while to load but stable once connected. It doesn't seem to remember my login credentials so I tend to skip login unless I need to login for some functionality and when I stop casting and connect to car Bluetooth or headphones I have to restart the App, but hey, I'm just being pickey now 😁

Had this for years. Now fails to load up? Error 404. Weird. Ads are a pain but it is free. Had it for a few weeks. Nowhere near as good as the old version! Nowhere! If it ain't broke don't eff it up! You did a good job on that. Thank God for Radio Swiss Jazz (also effed up) and Giants of Jazz Radio - still great, real jazz!

Very reliable both for live programmes and for shows on air earlier. Not sure if those are podcasts?

Absolutely love these new features for Jazz FM because I just figured out how to Chromecast it to my family room TV which is pretty cool since I didn't know that I could do that! 😉😉😉😉Definitely creates a unique soundtrack for cooking dinner, study, and etc. Much appreciated. 😏😏😏😏 keep up with the amazing programs and updates on the app itself.

Nice useful app and does what it says. Easy to catch up on old programs and useful song and artist info if needed. Contact of do without the opening ads, but guessing that's why it's "free". Someone had to pay the rent

Nowhere as good as the old app! Not as easy to navigate either. Will stick with Radio Swiss Jazz - gives you the song now playing and click on the website gives you full history etc. No ads either.

There is something wrong, each time I open the app it crashes and I have to open it again, now it gets stuck on "buffering" and it's not possible to hear anything. I hope it will be fixed soon.

This app is amazing! It gives you so much options for choice of listening, great details about the shows, competitions, upcoming events.....oh, and, great music by the way. Recommend.

Love the station! Hate the app!!! It stops playing after 30 minutes. When I restart my phone it automatically appears on my notification bar. Please fix!

I have paid for Premium but keep getting Adverts. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app. Its especially bad when connected with Alexa. Thinking of cancelling my Premium subscription.

Good high quality sound

Love the app but it keeps running when I tell my cell to "Close All"..in fact the app doesn't even show up on the list open apps even though it's still running. Running on Galaxy Note 8
