The app works fine before today, right now it shows me the invalid sim error. While i have my sim activated and have confirmed from the Jazz customer center too. I asked if there is an issue in the app, they provided me with an ip link. It shows completely fine there. The username andnpassword are default ones, i have not changed any of them. On link it shows same password, but on app it gives wrong username and password. Please look into this issue.

Wish I could give zero to this app. But due to system limitations I have to give 1/5. Pathetic user experience. Prices not updated. Credit is available and you opt to go for a package. It says not enough credit. Everytime I have to call helpline or go to retailer to subscribe the package. Even helpline isn't of any help. Pathetic service overall.

Whenever I open the app it always says me to connect the device eventhough my jazz device is already connected. At first I thought something was wrong with my phone and installed it on another phone and same error came. Now I dont know how to check my device balance and data. Another complaint is that jazz helpline never works, whenever I call them they never answer and the options they give are also very confusing.

This app has seriously disappointed me after updating it. many features of older versions aren't available on it and it's interface is also not user friendly. calling facility has also been removed from it. When I try to enter settings, app vanishes immediately!

Poor user service, pathetic user experience. This app is the worst. Can't subscribe to any package even when the credit is available, as it says there's not enough credit. The helpline isn't of any use, as well. A waste of your time and resources. doesn't deserve even a single star.

Used to work fine once upon a time. Now, despite having a balance it does not allow to subscribe to a bundle. It's been months like that, purpose lost and of no use anymore!

This is a poorly designed app. It doesn't tell the data that has been used on a monthly basis even though the option to do so is available in the app. Also you have to go into submenus to check the balance, it should easily assessable. Very slow app too

The app used to work fine but suddenly it stopped working showing .invalid sim and wrong user name & password. I deleted and reinstalled it but it is showing one more error I.e. no server. On the other hand the internet works, which suggests that the software/app is crashed/not working. This is pathetic butas usual the Jazz customer service and technical team is doing nothing in this regard despite passage of long time. Disappointed once again from the Mobolink/Jazz.

Some features of the App are very good but if you change the default settings of username and password then the App will be useless. The App won't acess to wifi device. On the default settings every one will be able to use your wifi device due to same username and password to access the inside wifi key.

What the hell is this. This network is very very very bad. I just use wifi for my study, for my research work but everytime whenever i turn on the device it shows the green signal that is for 3g network. The speed of internet is very slow and bad. I have recharged this device 2 days ago but the internet is not fast. And my mbs are running very fast. Solve my problem otherwise i will change this stupid network. And last month before 15 days my internet was over. And i haven't used much mbs.

Overall Fine but can't block/unblock users and a main issue I'm facing after the update is that I'm unable to login to the app. Whenever I try to login it gives an error or wrong username or password while same login credentials are working with jazz wifi website. Please check and fix it. Thanks.

This app shows me device not connected while wifi is connected. Over all experience is very bad. Every time wifi stops workings and i have to reconnect. Device almost everytime shows yellow signals. App also shows logout while device shows yellow signals with connected wifi. I tried to update device from settings but never got any update. App is asking for password every time i launch it? Why is that? Now it says invalid sim and sim is fine App looks like a FYP of a BS student.

There is a serious flaw in this app. Once you change the password through this or the web portal for the device, you are unable to log in. If you dont use the default credentials for login, this app is useless. And if use the default ones, you are giving away your limited wifi bundles to literally anyone who can access the device wirelessly.

The Apps has worst UI, and some features do not work at all, and i cannot log in to the App, after update, you are only able to log in when you log in to the same time on any desktop browser, this is ridiculously...

This application is made to work with Jazz 4G Super Wingle usb device only and it works flawlessly and perfectly when your mobile is connected to that USB wingle. But if you have the bigger chargeable 4G device (Jazz Super 4G Wifi) or Jazz Home Wifi router, it won't work with those. I hope Mobilink makes it work with their every 4G device.

App loads while im connected via the Jazz 4g WiFi router. Error says 'device not connected' Selected settings from the slide menu, still same error. No way to connect to the device. lol fail app. Try again and better luck next time if you find reliable developers.

There should be -1 star too, poor service & app, when you to check the usage, LTE immediately shift to hspa & hspa +, multiple tries error message shown, if you are lucky the app will shows usage. & the jazz service is so poor, net mostly moves to limited, I am surprized how ookla gave them best internet.

I was working fine with this app. But this evening i was said to update the version. After updating, I am unable to connect my Jazz WiFi app. It is giving the error of "Invalid Sim" Please resolve this problem as i am trying since last 6 to 7 hours. I am feeling easy when using the credentials on website, but in app it is not accepting and giving the error of "Invalid Sim"

Internet is working properly but "log in" is not working. As I enter username and password it gives wrong username and password. Also there is mentioned invalid sim which is not helping the cause because 4G is working perfectly. I reset the device multiple times but the error remains the same. I cannot check my remaining Gb's. I think it must be a problem with application but not with device because internet and WiFi signal strength are working properly. Jazz should take it serious because you guys claims yourself that you are OOKLA winning company but are not provided customers with solid application.

This app was working fine, but suddenly strange things started to happen. It says device have invalid sim card, while sim is working and I am writing this review using internet of this device. Web portal is working fine, but app is just a piece of ****, not useful anymore. I am unable to login it says “wrong username or password”, but same credentials are working on the web portal. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but all in vain.

Edit: It has been many months since log in issue is existing but Jazz is not paying any attention to it. This app used to work fine but now although Im connected to the device but when try to log in it gives error "App must be connected to MBB Jazz". Please fix this problem. There aren't any apps to check sms on internet sim. Please fix this as this app is very useful.

One important part is missing. It shows that app maker is not serious making this app. When you upload files using Multiple Upload option, then just phone storage is shown. Memory card is not showing. You can not upload multiple files from SD Card. The worst experience from an Android Application maker.

I paid lot of money Into this device and the internet just suddenly stops working. Saying "invalid sim" on top of the screen while the sim is working fine. Either fix this issue or please return the money I put into this device. I've been using this device for a long time now and it's being an Inconvenience when I need it the most. WORSE APP EVER! My phone is connected to the jazz internet but when I open the app shows that the device is not connected! No matter how many times I try, reinstall it, clear cache. it's same!!!

Not working after the update I need to change my password and device name but this damn app isn't working at all and worse of all that playing online games on it has become a nightmare it is providing unbareable ping approximately 1000 ping which is very unstable you can't even kill a bot in a game very disappointing.
